Anyone who is a student of Holy Scripture knows that God who created the universe would be offended to think that the first 4000 years was rejected.

Acknowledging the year of Christ's birth is not a rejection of time before then. God, the First Person of the Holy Trinity, is not so delicate and overwrought as that.

The use of the term AD is an insult to the loving God who created this time-space continuum for us.

Quite the contrary: the use of the term AD is an expression of praise and joy on the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Holy Trinity.

Thank you for expressing your personal opinion on matters.

I think you're wrong.

As usual.

Good Day.

For those who are ignorant of the Holy Word of G-d.

The year of the L-rd as preached by Yesha'Yahu and Yah'shua:

Isaiah 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of YHvH,
and the day of vengeance of our G-d; to comfort all that mourn;

Luke 4:19 To preach the acceptable year of YHvH.

But what does Luke 4:19 actually say?
King James Bible

To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

There can be no better way to preach the acceptable year of the Lord than to designate our calender "in the year of our Lord" (Anno Domini).

And our “calendar” too.

Sheesh.

"Common Era" is anti-Christian and secular humanist. EVERY educated person knows we date Anno Domini(A.D.) from the first Christmas, the birth of Christ. The American Historical Association picked it up at some point via liberal Ivy universities.

When telling about something that happened on a certain date I usually make the point by expressing it thus: “I was born in the Year of our Lord 1939.” FWIW.
