What will it take.....(Tea Party, Raleigh, NC?)

What would it take to get a Tea Party together in Raleigh, NC downtown on say Saturday, April 18, so that people who have had to pay their extortio....ummm...taxes that week can come out and protest the destruction that's being caused?
