There is a single name that comes up in every attempt to get the Obama Eligibility issue before the Supreme Court, Court Clerk Danny Bickle. The disturbing thing is that I can find no reference to him anywhere other than as a blocking or impeding party in this issue. Does anyone know who this public servant is, what his education and qualifications are to be a Court Clerk with the Supreme Court of the United States? We need to know who paid for his education, what his current income and assets are, and if they are commensurate with his position. We need to find out w recommended and who hired him, when he was hired, how he is able to sabotage court cases, where he passed the bar, what his political affiliations are, etc? Answer these questions and we will have a much better understanding of what is really going on.

A law clerk is an attorney, usually a top grad from an ivy league school. This is a very, very prestigious position.

Quick, go to: www.therightsideoflife.com and read Dr. Orly Taitz’ Trip Report from yesterday when she confronted Chief Justice Roberts about her “Lightfoot v. Bowen” suit in which “a Clerk” ie. Danny Bickle FAILED to file a supplemental brief for the case around January 23, 2009.
The supplemental brief and the case mysteriously disappeared from the docket for about a day until SCOTUS got hundreds of phone calls asking about it.
She gave Chief Justice an ear full in view of about 5,000 people by way of a live video feed at the University of Idaho.
You mean you're sure that his position is not a political appointment.

There appears to be some evidence that he may be acting like a Praetorian guard without the knowledge of the judges above him of what he and his crew are doing.
If the Supreme Court judges do not observe the work being done under them in the supervisory position, then they are at risk like mushrooms who can be feed crap and kept in the dark.

Are you saying that anyone considering the possibility, not probability, that a Clerk of the Supreme Court is incapable of being compromised or corrupted, or is even acting upon incorrect principles or beliefs is a loon? Clerks at the Supreme Court are attorneys, not low level administrative GS types. If there is a repeated pattern of behavior you can assure yourself it is deliberate, not a continuing series of miscues and errors. Those with those tendencies do not get hired or retained by the highest court in the country.

I have searched under multiple spellings, including Beckell, Bickle, Bickel, and first names D. Danny Daniel, and Danell, but found no biographical or identification related information other than references to him (or her) obstructing the eligibility cases.

Dr. Taitz should file a complaint with her U.S. Congressman, Rep. Gary Miller (R-CA), 42nd District. A letter of inquiry to the US Supreme Court from a Congressman will get an immediate response.

Read the entire thread. It appears the issue died in December and has not been active since then.
Bickell said he would correct the oversight and that was the end of it.
Apparently someone had access to what was on the docket and never checked back.
