Chief Justice John Roberts discussed the legal prowess of President Lincoln during a university lecture Friday, March 13th at the annual Bellwood Memorial Lecture Series at the University of Idaho.
Dr. Orly Taitz, attorney for Ambassador Alan Keyes, traveled to Idaho. She was able to address Chief Justice Roberts during the question answer session after his lecture.
"Are you aware that there is criminal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States. I have submitted my case Lightfoot v Bowen to you. You agreed to hear it in the conference of all 9 Justices on January 23. Your clerk, Danny Bickle, on his own accord refused to forward to you an important supplemental brief, he has hidden it from you and refused to post it on the docket. Additionally, my case was erased from the docket, completely erased one day after the inauguration, only two days before it was supposed to be heard in the conference. Outraged citizens had to call and demand for it to be posted. On Monday I saw Justice Scalia and he had absolutely no knowledge of my case, that was supposedly heard in conference on January 23rd. It is inexplicable, particularly knowing that roughly half a million American citizens have written to him and to you Justice Roberts demanding that you hear this issue of eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro to be the President of the United States." She showed him a stack of papers. They were the pleadings and printouts from WorldNetDaily. It contained names of about 350,000 that signed the petition. (there were others that have written individual letters,). Roberts stated "I will read your documents, I will review them. Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them".
She gave to him:
1.Motion fo reconsideration of Lightfoot v Bowen with all the supplemental briefs.
2. Quo Warranto Easterling et al v Obama et al
3. 3300 pages of people that signed WorldNetDaily petition, demanding that the Supreme Court hear Obama elligibility case.
4. Copy of a 164 page dossier and all the other documents sent to Eric Holder, Attorney General, describing suspected criminal activity, associated with Obama and his supporters. It described a whole campaign of cyber crimes, intimidation, harassment, defamation and assassination of character, impersonation of US army officer Scott Easterling and impersonation of me, it showed screen shots of information being erased from the docket of the Supreme Court, it contained information of court cases being created, fabricated in order to commit voter fraud and sway public opinion, it contained a list of a 100 addresses for Barack Obama with numerous different social security numbers, issued all over the country.

Birthers Meet John Roberts

A quick follow-up to Friday’s post: Obama “Birther” Orly Taitz did indeed confront Chief Justice John Roberts at a forum at the University of Idaho-Moscow. From the Seattle Post-Intelligencer:
At one point during the audience question period, Orly Taitz, a woman from Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., said she had documents proving that President Obama was not born in the United States and thus could not be president. While audience members laughed, she said she had half a million signatures of people demanding the Supreme Court hear the matter.
Roberts cut her off by saying that if she had documents with her, she should give them to security officers. He also said he could not discuss the issue.
Well, sure. That’s what the lying liberal media reported. On her blog, Taitz had … a lot more to say.

At that point I have shown to Roberts a stack of papers, that I held. Those were my pleadings and printouts that I got from WorldNetDaily. It contained your names, names of about 350,000 that signed the petition. (there were others that have written individual letters,).
Roberts stated “I will read your documents, I will review them. Give them to my Secret Service Agent and I will review them”. His Secret Service Agent approached me and stated ” Give me all the documents, I promise you Justice Roberts will get them”.
I had a full suitcase of documents. The agent went to look for a box, he found a large box to fit all the documents, he showed me his badge, and introduced himself as Gilbert Shaw, secret Service Agent assigned fto the security of Chief Justice Roberts.

Huh? Are there 100 Barack Obama's living in the US? I have an uncommon name but I know of only 2 others in the US with my exact name. This is even more fishy than the BC question.

9. I need as many articles as possible about 3 or 4 gay men, members of Trinity church that were found shot to death in a period of 45 days in the beginning of Democrat primary November-December 2007.
10. I need info on Magic Plumbing aka Burlew Plumbing and the lean they had on the house of Kelly Mc Crum Robinson- Michelle Obama’s sister in law.
I also need actual news paper articles about Magic Plumbing doing maintenance of sprinkler system in the World trade Center on 09.05.2001 and the articles from Nashville TN news papers about one of Magic Plumbing employees being arrested with a person working in the Nashville TN DMV who was accused of issuing fraudulent drivers licenses. Well, people are starting to question the little things that don’t make sense, such as:
What was the process to change your name from Barack Obama to Barry Sotero and then change it back to Barack Obama?
What is your real name, Full and Legal?
No matter what the answer is regarding his BC the next questions begs itself to be answered.
So you are a Natural Born American? Well then, tell us about your college loans and admissions. What documents did you use obtain both? Did you claim status as a foreign national to secure your admission to college and dorm with, presumably, two men from similar cultures.
Your college loan as a foreign national would have favorable terms when compared to a “Genuine American”. Did you claim British, Kenyan or Indonesian Citizenship to swindle these loans?
What passport did you use to travel to Pakistan in the 80’s?

But, absolutely cannot allow the BC case to move forward. If the plaintiffs prevail then the setup is to proceed with the examination of citizenship claims at various time during his life.
They will continue to have these suits quashed. But, they cannot succeed at all of them. They may even have developed strategies should a plaintiff succeed in having their claim duly examined.
I’m surprised that more aren’t asking how Obama looks so good for being 118 y.o. :)

My humble prediction is that once Zer0’s daily approval poll (Rasmussen) reaches negative territory and stays there for a couple weeks, interest in these cases will increase dramatically. Lately I’ve been hearing from people who “just want to get rid of him” by whatever legal means possible; he’s just “too dangerous” to the republic to stay where he is for 4 years.

The words Orly quoted, and the words on the audio (depending on what has been quoted here) are not very different; Roberts says he’ll look at them and to leave them with (presumably) the security guy.
I know it is difficult to remember verbatim even short conversations, the gist is pretty much the same here. I don’t see any big deal.
Add to that list of questions is:
“Who created the forged image of your Certification of Live Birth that has been posted on your website since June 12 of last year?”
I don’t see any big deal.
I don’t either if one doesn’t care about truth and the facts. Conservatives don’t need to use inuendo and untruths to get the results they seek. jmo and of course yours may differ.
