The name of the person signing the affidavit can be withheld from the public. It is my understanding, however, that it cannot be withheld from the court. The document presented to the judge must have the person's real name, which gets redacted when the judge makes copies of it available in discovery.

How could the signer possibly swear under penalty of purgury if his identity is left unknown to the court? How could he ever be prosecuted for lying?

I think that an affidavit that's not notarized by an officer of the court, on top of being signed with a fraudulent name (and Shuhubia never says that this isn't his real name, unlike the transparency of a "John Doe") is without legal value. And I think that your uncritical acceptance of it while denying the legitimacy of Obama's documents proves that you're an utter hypocrite.

It's supposed to be in Swahili and your claim is that it means "Barack was born in this village". I checked an on-line Swahili dictionary and according to that the Swahili word for son is 'mwana' and the Swahili word for village is 'kijiji'. I didn't hear anything that sounded like that.

I think that the birth certificate that's been show online hasn't been proven to be fraudulent and that statements from Hawaiian officials tend to support it rather than undermine it. I think that the newspaper notices of birth support it.

There is no “birth certificate” on line. Never was. What you see is a Certification of Live Birth (COLB). A modern document, a summary if you will. A COLB does not let us know if he had petitioned to get something about his birth record/ circumstances changed, it does not give hospital information, or the delivering doctor, etc. On top of all that, it is most certainly a forged COLB, and all the ridiculous circumstances machinations from the Obama camp point to just that.

As legitimate docs? McCrae and Shuhubia’s affidavits. Polarik’s analysis of the COLB. Larry Sinclair’s affadavit regarding his homo activities. The affadavit obtained by WND regarding Obama’s residence at birth. Civil rights icon Percy Sutton’s recorded statement that radical muzzie Khalid al-Mansour asked him to help Obama get into Harvard. Jack Cashill’s analysis that Bill Ayers ghost wrote Dreams of my Father. I can think of a bunch more things I believe to be valid. But I can’t think of anything Obama ever said or produced that is.
