The community organizer has no respect for veterans. As a four year vet I will say to his face the feeling is mutual. Yeah, it made my blood boil when I read this article.

The community wants to save 540 million by “shutting” out veterans. He can save 340 million in LA County alone by “shutting” out illegal aliens.

Say for instance that you are a police officer in the reserves. You get called up for active duty and are not fired or did not quit but your job is on hold due to rules on reserves. You still want insurance because you don’t have active duty coverage for your family, but you can’t just insure your family through work. It has to be YOU and your family.

So now you are in Iraq, you get a limb blown off and the local police dept health insurance (paid for by the county, including all premium increases...) will be billed for your treatment.

Another example.

Let’s say you are a disabled veteran. You have ongoing issues with a service injury but still can work. You want to carry private health insurance at your job for your family, or even a family private policy, but there has never been an issue with it because your service related injuries have always been covered by the VA.

Now every insurance company out there will refuse to cover them because they know from now on, they will be billed for any treatment to an old injury received in WAR.

This is about gutting the military and instituting the draft. It’s much easier to get conscripts to fire on civilians.

Every war veteran, inactive duty, military retirees, national guard and reserves all become uninsurable the minute this a-hole puts this plan in place.

What a horrid thought, but you probably correct.

"If you keep it up, 0bama, you will surpass Jimmah Carter as the worst president ever.

He already is and he did it in record time. He is a total disgrace.
