Yeah, like a silly piece of paper like the USC has any bearing on the new fuhrer’s handlers’ decisions.
I mean, if they are going to once and for all dispatch the the 1st and 2nd to the same dust bin of history as the 9th and 10th, what make you think the 13th has any meaning?
