Police in Missouri apparently are being instructed to keep on eye on conservatives.
According to this AP article the government of the state of Missouri has issued a report "informing" state police that people with third party bumper stickers on their cars or who believe the NAFTA superhighway is an attempt create a North American Union are subversive members of paramilitary militias and potential terrorists.

If you mention “constitutional rights” to the cop pulling you over, he flags you as a dangerous person. That sort of profiling is OK, I guess.

even if this is baloney -- and it's probably not entirely baloney even if it is partly baloney -- domestic police are probably about as ready to implement various degrees of oppression as ever. And who better to initiate it than a politician from...Chicago -- a messianic one, at that.
What's freaky about the idea is that even if it's purely paranoia, it's so plausible and possible that it reducess the marginalization normally associated with the paranoid.

After posting I just remembered there was an incident somewhere in the country recently. Police stopped a car with some kind of anti-Obama bumper sticker and contacted the Secret Service.

This was read on Rush, and it concerns HIS home state of Missouri. Good enough for me. Also, it is the State Police that have been issued this. “Approach cars with third party candidate bumper stickers, like Ron Paul, (only one named) WITH CAUTION???”
Dangerous times we are living in.

It would be just priceless if EVERYBODY had a “subversive” bumper sticker.
Something on the theme of Missouri being the “show me” state or a mule kicking the hell out of the constitution or something like that.

The anti-Obama sticker was confiscated by the trooper, and the Secret Service visited the man’s home to see if they could find any anti-government literature in his home. The trooper’s supervisor later mailed home the sticker with a letter of apology (according to the article).

If this isnt enough to wake people up all acorss America about the oncoming communist onslaught by liberal leaders than nothing will. There should be so much outrage about this that those responsible for such a policy should be run out of the state on a rail after being tarred and feathered.

Looks like I am in trouble. You should see all of the stickers on the back of my old Volvo. I carry a pocket constitution, too.
To: ClearCase_guy
Rush no longer puts anything out until it’s independantly verified — he’s beeen burned a few times. With the Obamaphile Nixon in as governor and a libtard AG, I have no doubts as to the story’s veracity.

And it begins ...

“The Feb. 20 report called “The Modern Militia Movement” mentions such red flags as political bumper stickers for third-party candidates, such as U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, who ran for president last year; talk of conspiracy theories, such as the plan for a superhighway linking Canada to Mexico; and possession of subversive literature.”
The first three flags are somewhat unique to wackjobs and not to subversives. lol

We read about the rise of socialists in history books. Now we’re living it, seeing it with out own eyes. And those that we depend on to lead us against the socialists are silent. We have no elected leaders that are fighting this. We’ve got a few folks in talk radio, on the internet doing all they can. But we need someone to stand up in the Senate. Shut the government down for a while. Try to wake people up.

Funny, they do not dispute the NAU or anything else, but always leave out the fact that other than McVeigh, who some say was a patsy for Clinton...they ignore the thousands of Americans killed by illegal aliens and Muslim terrorists.
