This is the second mishap event in six weeks or so. I wonder about the people the Navy is choosing to captain its ships and submarines.

It boggles the mind that two things so large can EVER be in collision proximity unless all electronic range sensing devices are out of commission on both vessels.

But I’m a retired Army puke so what do I know?

No, I was in the Deck Department at the time of the collicions, but struck for ET shortly after. I don’t remember the name. I’ll check my cruise books. Is that you?
