Wasn't it during Obama's campaign that he spoke to a group of blacks and told them outright that their brains don't function the same way as white people's brains and that is why it is more difficult for them to succeed? Something like that. Anyway, I was surprised that the whole Black community did not tromp on Obama then, for admitting that they were less able.
