Foreign born people who move to Hawaii can, in fact, get a birth cert from Hawaii....this has all been hashed out before. But let’s keep this simple - the People should be allowed to see his birth cert, since both age and birth status are clear requirements. I don’t care if some idiot from Hawaii hints that he’s legit, or if some political website shows a grainy image, or if the dog ate his homework....just show us the darned thing. Write and call your state rep and secretary of state....demand that your state pass a law specifically requiring proof of eligibility for the next election.
I think it’s time to start a mass calling, faxing, email campaign to our representatives demanding that they get to the bottom of this. I’m willing to call my state reps. We need to get the numbers up and get this going asap. Anybody agree?

It seems like half of the citizens in this country are not really paying attention and the media is not really bringing it to their attention. It is so frustrating.
The State of Hawaii issued the short form BC to ANYONE born ANYWHERE, up until about 1972. You could be born in a foreign country, and they’d issue you one.
Obama’s sister admits she was born in Indonesia and SHE has one.
I will do so. I have emailed our representatives about everything else. I have not about this yet, but I will do so. We do need to put the heat on.
Well then, ask yourself what you would send to the U.S. Department of State if you seriously wanted a passport. The presumption here is that you actually would be serious. Which would you send, something you (now) already admit is tainted with uncertainty in acceptance by the U.S. Department of State, or something that unambiguously has no chance of being rejected?
So your position is, given enough evidence you might agree something is amiss with his concealment of all important past records, you just wouldn’t want to go on record, in the event you’re wrong. Right?

Ok, the state of Hawaii has confirmed that he has a birth certificate on file, but Hawaii is a rare state that allows for a birth to be registered there and issued a birth certificate if born outside the state. There are many (including our own Polarik who is a Dr. of computer graphics) who has said that the birth certificate on Obama’s website is photoshopped. You can even go look for yourself at the birth certificate at factcheck.org. Save a copy and zoom in. Notice the rectangular pixilization on the wording? That is a HUGE indicator that the text was photoshopped onto a form. Also, the seal used is a 2008 seal, but the certificate has a printout date of 2007.
Ok, so we have the Hawaii Dept of Health state (very specifically) that there is a Certificate of Live birth ON FILE, not that the information on the COLB on Obama’s website is accurate. There are plenty fo people who will say “Hawaii verified it”, not true.

Don’t you think the perfect evidence would be obama’s long form BC? And yet, he has spent hundreds of thousands in legal fees fighting it.
There is WAY more evidence pointing to him not being a NBC than there is pointing to him being qualified. By Far.
Or, second, it has been speculated that perhaps Obama is fighting releasing his birth certificate because he is trying to bait his opponents into raising the issue so he can smear then as fringers and conspiracy theorists. What does this possibility say about the character of Obama? And you have no “questions” as to this?

I have a friend who absolutely insists this is the case. It’s a power play, and Obama will play this card in the future when the Republicans start to gain.
Let’s not forget that when Obama went to Hawaii to visit his sick grandmother, they placed his birth certificate under seal and instructed the state’s Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances. It was a Friday night when they did this. Was this a coincidence? He left shortly afterward.
I have a CLB from Maryland in 1962. It is identical to the one that Obama has from Hawaii (except for the different state seals, etc). It is so identical that the first time I saw Obama’s CLB, my first thought was, “hey, that’s a copy of a Maryland CLB!”
That was not sufficient for me to join the Navy in 1980, or to get a passport in 1992. I was required to obtain and present a certified copy of a birth certificate from the state of MD.
That’s exactly what we think.
If you examine the document closely, even the untrained eye can detect it is a forgery. Look at the pixelation I was telling you about.
No, we are telling you that Obama has not presented a Hawaii printed COLB.
If it’s no big deal, why has he not presented this document (that he supposedly gave to factcheck.org) to a court? 20 odd lawsuits and he can’t get a lawyer to that certificate to a court unless he worried it won’t hold up and he will be committing perjury by doing so.
In other words, you believe that the government employees of Hawaii are absolutely honest, and that none of them would issue false statements or forged documants. If they are, then Hawaii is a whole lot different from all the other states in the Union.
Please follow the news a bit more closely, and you will find almost daily items about fraudulent actions perpetrated by clerks of court, voter registrars, cops, judges, politicians on all sevels, , keepers of vital statistics [birth cetrificates, death certificates, marriages],etc.
Just because a person is elected, apppointed to, or otherwise obtains a job working with and keeping track of birth certificates, and issuing forms, supposedly based on the same, DOES NOT ipso facto prove the accuracy of the of information contained in that secondary document .
And the REAL question is why that proven liar occupying the seat of the Presidency of the United States will spend millions of dollars fighting against releasing PROOF of where he was born, rather than just picking up the phone, or writing a letter, giving the folks in Hawaii permission to release that information to the press, the plainiffs in the law suits; or any other person who asks for it, for that metter. WHAT THE HELL IS HE HIDING? FROM WHOM, SPECIFICALLY? AND WHY?
