Biden Tells Obama Birth Certificate Joke at Gridiron Dinner

Vice President Joe Biden told a joke about Barack Obama's birth certificate at the Gridiron dinner in Washington, D.C. last night.

The joke was reported by Mike Allen at Politico in his article about Biden's intentionally funny speech (as opposed to his usual foot in mouth routine.):

"You know, I never realized just how much power Dick Cheney had until my first day on the job. I walked into my office, and you know how the outgoing president always leaves the incoming president a note in his desk? I opened my drawer and Dick Cheney had left me Barack Obama’s birth certificate."

Numerous court cases have been filed demanding documentation by Obama that he meets the Constitution's requirement that a president be a natural born citizen. Obama has fought those lawsuits instead of producing the requested documentation. His campaign produced a document last summer it claimed proved he was a natural born citizen.

I don't think he meant it to be a funny "ha ha" joke. I do believe biden is being passive/aggressive against barry.

Biden made another joke, something about Easter and how barry couldn't be there....biden said something about barry thinking Easter was "all about him".

Seriously, when someone hides something, they have something to hide. The only evidence out is that Obama was born in Kenya and is not a natural born American citizen which is a requirement to serve as President.

It is a nightmare. “What fresh hell is this?” comes to mind. Der Fuhrer is not eligible, he is acting like a dictator, he’s ruining the country in countless ways, as you know. Can’t even keep track of all the crap he’s pulled already. What will it be like after 4 years of this? Truly frightening. I do have some hope (hopie changie) that by 2010 election time, the dems will be out on their behinds in good numbers. Then we’ll have the weak GOP at an advantage of some kind. Not much better, but still better than the dems in control. They are going totally bonkers with their power grab. Unbelievable. The stupid GOP had years and years in power and they never used their power to help the country. They just keep playing games, raking in money, going to Washington elite parties, palling around with the enemy(liberals).

I again wrote to the RNC yesterday and gave them a wake up call, outing the GOP senators who voted in favor of the latest omnibus pork bill(Cochran,Wicker,Bond,Shelby,Specter,Murkowski,Alexander and Snowe). Saying I do not want any RNC money to go to those traitors. Told the RNC to wake up while there is still some of our country to save in the next elections....there’s my rant. Rant away as needed, it is good for you. Cheers!

“You’re sitting here. And you’re— you are laughing. You are laughing about some of these problems. Are people going to look at this and say, ‘I mean, he’s sitting there just making jokes about money—’ How do you deal with— I mean: explain. . .” Kroft asks at one point.

“Are you punch-drunk?” Kroft says.

“No, no. There’s gotta be a little gallows humor to get you through the day,” Obama says, with a laugh.

The haughty, superior, Ivy League educated Barrack Hussein Obama, has been called jokingly in the media (and here even!) the Messiah...who believes that HE...has come to save us all. I watched Obama’s face since I knew it would be said and I didn't see any change in his expression. He didn't get flustered and continued calmly. He is scary.

Biden was making some flubs against Obama during the campaign and it surprised me. Now he did again at the Gridiron Dinner!!
