People in the Clinton White House used to come here to Freerepublic. I know because the server where I had my photos then started getting all of these hits from the White House; to make a long story short, the owner freaked out and delete all my stuff, animated gifs and my account.

SCOTUS needs to do their job. A fromer JAG office and current practicing attorney needs to get active members of the military as John & Jane Does to sign up to sue for the NBC and BC ruling by SCOTUS. Send the cases up to SCOTUS until they pay attention.

If they rule the plaintiffs have no standing or some other BS reason then the military will know SCOTUS and the entire judiciary is totally corrupt and is refusing to do their job to check the corruption of the legislative and executive branch.

It’s kinda tough for some of the justices to read the blogs, what with their heads in a hole and all that.

Ya don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to suspect ANYONE who spends hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting numerous legal actions in numerous states when a simple $12.50 Birth Certificate would resolve all challenges.
There is definitely something not Kosher about this guy!

Prediction: Hussein's days in the WH are numbered.

My preference would be to think that Orly Taitz, etc. now has their attention and that they are monitoring not just that website but others as well in order to determine whether or not anyone cares—we do!

Hey!

Maybe one's a supporting lurker. There's no reason why a Supreme Court Justice can't be pro-American. Lord knows there's enough socialist who aren't afraid to admit they're not.

I hope you are correct and that the SCOTUS declares his presidency ILLEGAL and all his actions null and void. It would restore this countries economy, and, confidence in America's ability to manage its own affairs without becoming a Socialist/Communist third world tyrannical sink hole.

Do you KNOW that for a FACT?

Because, it seems to be that the election of Obama would be fraudulent since he wasn't eligible to run for the office!

20th Amendment, Section 3, seems to cover it.

Basically, the vice president (elect) shall be acting president if the president elect fails to qualify.
And if both are deemed ineligible, Congress determines who is president.

I think it would have to be McCain. McCain would have been the only valid candidate in the race. It would be like the democrats had no candidate at all. If Oboma is Kenyan, he couldn't have run in the first place.

Using the VP elect would be rewarding the illegal behavior. It would be a bait and switch. The Constitution is clear about who can run and who can't run. He shouldn't have gotten past the primaries.
In all fairness, McCain was the only qualified person elected to the office. He got 48% of the votes while Oboma would be stripped of his. That makes McCain the automatic winner.

If Zero is ineligible, his election is VOID. Along with Biden, since he was on the ticket. Biden ran for VP NOT Pres. There would have to be another election process to determine who serves.

Prediction: Hussein's days in the WH are numbered.

As an on again off again conspiracy theorist, I have had my suspicions that "someone" is waiting for "something" to happen (something known only to that person) before the Truth about the NBC and BC is distributed to the public.

I don't know "what" that could be, but as I'm reading and surfing the Internet, there are people who are slowly beginning to see 0bama for exactly what and who he is. The tides are changing slowly and incrementally, but at some point, increments become exponential . . . and I don't think it will take until 2010 elections to do so.

I’m not trying to argue, just interpret what the text says:

Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified;

Oh. Ok. Until McCain is sworn in. He was a legitimate candidate. He got 48% of the vote. Oboma legally got none. The other parties got less than McCain.

Even though the Election of 0bama was fraudulent, the Electoral Process was not, so Biden gets the Presidency . . . either temporarily until a new President is chosen by Congress OR directly by approval of Congress . . . if I’m reading my Constitution correctly.

I still don't understand this. If Oboma is illegal, then McCain was runner up. Why give the presidency to Biden when his VP spot was chosen by a non-candidate? It seems as though both would have to go, because the whole set up should have never gotten past the vetting process in the first place if the Constitution had been obeyed in the very beginning.

The press failed to do it's job, but the American people shouldn't have to suffer again for it. They voted, and McCain came in second. If the first choice turns out to be a dud, the second should be next in line. No one vote for a President Biden, but they did vote for a President McCain.

hillary and then biden conveniently has to resign for personal reasons. the clintons get what they demanded. she only stepped aside so he could do that “historic black guy” thing under the agreement that he would resign when the b.c. issue became public. then the plan goes as i stated. if oblabo reneges on the deal the clintons will finish it forcefully. Nice fantasy, but you can’t unpeel a banana. Even if his presidency was declared Unconstitutional (a highly unlikely scenario with at least 5 members of the SCOTUS his ideological siblings), his ACORN brownshirts would rip the country apart to keep him in office. AND, Congress would hastily pass some sort of trumped up “Constitutional Amendment” to allow him to continue... The cat’s outta the bag anyway. What he has done cannot simply be “undone.”

Even if you have him declared unconstitutional as elected who is going to enforce the declaration?....

http://www.law.cornell.edu/anncon/html/amdt25_user.html#amdt25_hd1
Section 1. In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Like you I don’t see it happening nor do I see an amendment forthcoming either as it takes ratification by 75% of the state legislatures....

All this is interesting speculation but the life process will go on no matter the outcome.

We need an experienced attorney who is probably a former JAG officer. Also allow them to file claims as John & jane Does and get thousands of them.

Orly Taitz is a nice lady but she is not an experienced attorney. she can do the promotion and fund rasing but get an attny who has taken a case to SCOTUS.

Experience is surely lacking. One of the first things out of her mouth the other day to CJ Roberts was something about criminal activity within the SCOTUS, the court he oversees. [”Are you aware that there is criminal activity going on in the Supreme Court of the United States?” ] Not a way to win friends and influence people, imo.

It’s totally speculative on my part-—you could say it’s my mashugazz-—but I’ve had this feeling recently that those of you who believed that if there was anything to the non-NBC argument that Hillary would have used it against Zer0 during the 2008 primary season. My tinfoil hat argument is that she probably DID confront Barry about it. It could be that she has a pile of circumstantial evidence against Zer0’s natural born citizenshhip, as many FReepers do, but no real smoking gun. My wacky suspicion is that the Clinton’s agreed to be quiet about the subject but only in exchange for certain things: 1)Secretary of State. The Clinton’s love globe trotting, plus the SoS position allows Bill and Hill make some excellent financial contacts. 2)Barry will run for ONE TERM ONLY. This is the admittedly nutty part. Zer0 agreed to drop out in 2012 in exchange for PIAPS’ silence re. his eligibility. It seems cuckoo until you consider the extreme haste that the Obamanoids have employed in ramming through their leftist agenda. They act as if time is about to run out on them any second! If they could take a full, 4 year term to push their agenda with the strong possibility of another 4, why would they be trying so hard to ram through socialized medicine, card check, etc. during Zer0’s first couple of months at a time when everyone is preoccupied with the economy? Obama hasn’t even filled a lot of appointed positions, yet his administration is working overtime to get leftist legislation through. 3)Appoint as many Clintonistas to your administration as possible. Many people have questioned why Obama did this and some have speculated that Clinton-era Democrats are the only experienced people Zer0 could have chosen. But not necessarily. He could have picked more Chicago and Springfield people. But he went with the Emanuel, Begala, and Carville crowd. That makes a theoretical Obama-Clinton transition VERY easy.

I think that the Clinton’s saw the bailout mess and the deep recession brewing on the horizon last year and they realized that the 44th president would be in a very tough spot. So they worked a deal with Zer0: we won’t embarass you in 2008 if you will step aside in 2012, assuming you beat McCain, and grease the wheel for a Clinton administration to take over in Jan., 2013. If this scenario is true, the Hildebeast would likely have an easier battle in 2012. The economy might have settled down into a slow growth mode by then and Hillary could run a centrist campaign, promising that she would untangle the mess that the overly exuberant and radical Obots made. She could run as being pro-business, talk about scaling back socialism and proposing tax cuts, and work hard to make points with “Main Street” and small business people. By so doing, she’d be running as a quasi-Republican in a year when the Republicans might not have a strong candidate available (though I’d personally flip over the possibility of a Clinton-Palin matchup). And, if successful at the polls, Hillary could slide right into a White House already operated by Clinton types.

So, if my conspiracy theory is correct, Clinton gains an easier, albeit longer, road to the White House while Obama got to have his “date with history” without Hillary attacking his right to run and the chance to get every piece of pet liberal legislation sneaked through Congress plus the opportunity to propose a pile of socialistic bills and insane spending. And so far that is exactly what Zer0 has done.
