To drive USA roads, Mexican truck drivers join USA unions.

They must pay tribute to the teamsters. Joining is not necessary. When they stop at TA or Flying J they will get shook down

This article implies that our economy will be hurt by these tarifs. 90 different items.

Does anybody actually believe that we import more from Mexico than we export to them?

Are you guys so anti Union that you would welcome Mexican truckers making 1/3 of ours delivering goods to US?

What we export to them is mostly raw materials that they send back in their finished form.

The whole fight about Mexican trucks is moronic anyway. It was a pilot program that went well past the date it was supposed to end and mexico has been throwing a tantrum because they couldn’t force us to continue it.

Lord Zero is on the side of the globalists in this one and they’re hoping nobody notices.

Of course there would have to be a wage adjustment for time the Mexican driver spent on American roads.

Unions are so 20th century.

We have a treaty that allows American truckers in Canada and Canadian drivers in America. The same should be true for Mexicans. The trips are from Mexico to America or America to Mexico, not interstate. American drivers would be granted the same privileges in Mexico.

Unions are mentioned in jest. The messiah worships union money

So this transcontinental roadway from Texas to Canada is a figment of my imagination?

To me allowing another country to use and travel our roads is not a joke.

It is giving away our country in the name of Globalism!

We live in a world dependent on world trade. If trade stops, you are doomed. Your job ultimately depends on customers or vendors that derive income needed for profitability from export trade.

Roads build commerce, always. Fear of commerce and trade is simply not justifiable.

Your major mistake is not understanding the scope of trade on our economy. It is already global.
