Uhuru Movement:

The Uhuru Movement is a group of organizations under the principle of "African internationalism," or the liberation of Africans in both the continent of Africa and in the African diaspora. 'Uhuru' is a Swahili word for freedom. The Movement is led by Omali Yeshitela's African People's Socialist Party (APSP).

Later during the meeting, Diop Olugbala, an organizer with the group, questioned the candidate and alleged that he was not speaking out for African-Americans on issues like police brutality, predatory lending, and Hurricane Katrina. The Uhuru Movement held a political rally outside the event to protest Obama.

The minorities in cites are insane. They complain that police crackdowns on crime in their neighborhoods are racist, so the cops ease up on enforcement (another example of evil white men trying to make minorities happy). Then the crime rates go up and the minorities complain that the cops are racist because they dont care about crime in their neighborhoods. Now they are complaining about the death of a multiple cop killer.

The irony here is that the current mayor of Oakland is the very liberal Ron Dellums, a person of enhanced pigment deriving from a sub-Saharan ancestry. I’m certain that he would be the first to join this march except that he would be in a somewhat conflicted ethical state.
