The head of the Department of Homeland Security turned down an offer for more money to fight crime along the U.S.’s southern border, saying she’ll pay for it with the funds she has. “These actions so far are designed to be budget-neutral,” she said. “What I have done is identify other activities that are less urgent ... to be able to move these resources where I think they are needed most.”

Hey Janet, what’s more important you or the security of your country and it’s people? My guess is she will choose herself. How these people can live with themselves and their lies; I don’t know.
This means she will de-fund law enforcement and border security programs that are actually working in order to devote more efforts to gun control on the home front. Our Border Patrol agents are being reassigned to policing what and who goes into Mexico, not what comes out. That is, they are being used to guard Mexico, not us. All the BOs are doing is using this as an “crisis” that can’t go to waste in order to impose their gun eradication agenda on this country. Mexico’s drug lords will have no problem getting their weapons from China (see the new port at Lazaro Cardenas) and the Latin American regimes that wish us harm, and are happy to use Mexico in order to make that happen.
Bingo. When you don’t take new funds or the proportionate increase, according to D.C. accounting, you have reduced the budget for that program.

Which is precisely what she did in Arizona. Pretended to be on the side of border and immigration enforcement, but in reality always willfully malfeasant.
