State and Federal Representatives continues to allow foreigners to unlawfully enter our Sovereign Country, steal from the American People’s treasury, then creates sanctuary and protections for them and their crimes, allowing them to exercise Rights not afforded to the American People, bankrupting our Nations treasury.
State and Federal Representatives has adopted creative land use laws; taxed the American People’s private lands for the sole Purpose of fatiguing them into Compliance with their Measures and seizing their private land. State and Federal Representatives has dissolved or attempted to dissolve Constitutional Representative Limitations repeatedly, for opposing with manly Firmness this government Invasions on the Rights of the People.
State and Federal Representatives has adopted so many legislative laws, that the American People no longer understand or know what they may or may not do, thus entrapping them, incarcerating them, and depriving them of their basic Constitutional Rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
State and Federal Representatives has introduced and are working to take over complete control of the American People’s private farms and private gardens, depriving the American People the basic Right to feed their families without Government interference and control.
State and Federal Representatives has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing the American People the basic Right of self determination and covering up the blatant crimes this Government has committed and continues to commit each and every day against the American People.
State and Federal Representatives has made Judges dependent on the Government’s Will alone, for the Tenure of their Offices, and the Amount and Payment of their Salaries. State and Federal Representatives has erected a Multitude of new Offices, (too numerous to list here) and sent forth Swarms of Officers (czars) to harass the American People, to invade their private land, their private homes, and eat out their Substance.
State and Federal Representatives has kept among us, in Times of Peace, Standing Armies, without the Consent of our Legislatures, i.e. most recently Federal Troops deployed to the State of Alabama contrary to the posse comitatus Act of 1874, currently United Nations Troops.
State and Federal Representatives has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power by blurring the lines between our local peace officers and the Federal Military, creating a Para-military police force and unleashing them unto the unsuspecting American People.

State and Federal Representatives has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, i.e. under the United Nations and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
FOR quartering and training large Bodies of Armed United Nations Troops among us:
FOR protecting them, by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders or harm which they should commit on the Inhabitants of the American People:
FOR forcing the American People to serve a One World Order and forcing the American People to pay a tax with all Parts of the World:
FOR imposing unjust Taxes on us without our Consent, i.e. “cap and trade” under a façade of “global warming” in order to placate the United Nations for whom these State and Federal Representatives have crawled into bed with:
FOR depriving the American People, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury, instead charging and convicting the American People under a perceived civil infraction using a “preponderance of evidence standard” that does not afford Americans with the constitutionally protected Right of “due process of law”:
FOR handing the American People over to a “World Court” to be tried for pretended Offences by a foreign power under the United Nations laws not adopted by the American People:
FOR abolishing the free System of English Laws,
establishing therein an arbitrary World Government under the United Nations, and enlarging its Boundaries, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for introducing the same absolute Rule against the American People, circumventing the Constitution of the United States of America:
FOR taking away our Contracts, Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Government to establish a “social democracy” contrary to Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution:
FOR suspending our own Legislatures and republics, (i.e. State of Michigan in 1963) and declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever under the newly created form of unlawful government they call a “democracy.”
State and Federal Representatives has abdicated Government here, by waging War against the American People under the guise of a “war on poverty,” “War on drugs,” “war on the economy,” and “war on terror” then, travel to foreign countries and declare the American People the fault for their murders, rapes, and drug wars, a treasonous act within itself.
State and Federal Representatives has plundered our Seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our Towns, and destroyed the Lives of the American People, unlawfully using the military, i.e. Waco Texas, and Ruby Ridge, just to name a few.
State and Federal Representatives is, at this Time, transporting large United Nations Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the Works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny, already begun under the guise of “global warming” and a United Nations Charter, Agenda 21 with Circumstances of Cruelty and Perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized Nation.
State and Federal Representatives has constrained our Fellow-Citizens for attempting to stop the invasion of illegal immigrants, standing up for their second amendment Rights to keep and bear arms while allowing millions of illegal immigrants to enter our Country unlawfully and giving them protection in our cities, under the guise of a “sanctuary city”.
State and Federal Representatives has excited domestic Insurrections amongst us, i.e. Unions, ACORN, etc. and has endeavored to bring on the destruction of Our Country by setting aside the American People’s lawful gathered petitions and subsequent votes in a free Nation through the judicial branch of this out of control government.
State and Federal Representatives has now placed Americans on a list, calling them “domestic terrorist” for simply supporting third party candidates, or calling into question the actions of this out of control government, or displaying a bumper sticker in support of a political candidate, placing Americans lives in constant danger and the threat of death.
State and Federal Representatives continue to abuse their authority, place limitations on the American People’s Rights secured in the Constitution, while voting themselves full medical benefits, huge pension funds and golden medical insurance premiums.
State and Federal Representatives continue to dangle the American People’s tax dollars in front of the sovereign States in order to take over those independent States by dictating to them a “social agenda” contrary to Article 10 of the Constitution of the United States of America and do so without our elected officials standing up to this Federal usurpation of our individual sovereignty.
State and Federal Representatives continue to confiscate the American People’s private property, private land, and private firearms without compensation contrary to the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.
State and Federal Representatives have forgotten or simply do not care that they represent the American People and serve them.
State and Federal Representatives continue to create legislative protection for themselves, providing themselves with immunity from prosecution or civil suit and attempting to eliminate the American People’s Right to petition for the redress of grievances by creating for themselves a statutory “right to govern” not found in the Constitution.
IN every Stage of these Oppressions the American People have Petitioned State and Federal Representatives for Redress and notified our State and Federal Representatives in the most humble Terms: It has become apparent that the American People can no longer work within the current government to bring about change: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury and scorn. A State and Federal Representative, whose Character is thus marked by every Act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be a Representative of a free People.
NOR have we been wanting in Attentions to our elected officials. We have warned them, from Time to Time, of Attempts by their Legislature to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us and against usurping our Rights, against further abuses of the limited authority granted to them by the American People. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of our outrage here. We have appealed to their impartiality and high-mindedness, and we have fabricated them by the Ties of our common Kindred as Americans to disavow these Usurpations, abuses, and outright criminal act(s) which would inevitably interrupt our Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of the American People. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the Rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
WE, therefore, the great People of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of the United States of America, solemnly Publish and Declare, That the People of United States of America are, and of Right ought to be, FREE AND INDEPENDENT PEOPLE under Article 10 of the Constitution; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to this current out of control government known as the United States, its several States and that all political Connection between them and the American People, is, and ought to be, totally dissolved; and that as FREE AND INDEPENDENT AMERICAN PEOPLE, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which INDEPENDENT PEOPLE may of Right do. And for the Support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of DIVINE PROVIDENCE, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor
