When you treat people dying of diabetes, cancer and heart disease, you have to spend more time dealing with insurance company reps trying to get paid, than actually treating the patient.

Are you suggesting that we cannot pursue anything pleasurable until we cure cancer and solve all the other problems in the world?
Are your priorities wrong if you go to a movie rather than donate the ticket price to cancer research? Or if you eat desert rather than contributing the money it cost to solving world hunger?
Some of you people sound a lot like liberals to me.
By the way, have you considered that bigger breasts may actually promote population growth through increased sexual desire? Given that white Europeans are currently not reproducing at the replacement level, that is no laughing matter.
