Exciting Announcement From TGSCOM

NFA laws have been repealed through a long standing court battle in the 7th US Circuit Court.
The president of TGSCOM had sued the federal government on the grounds that the NFA law violated the Second Amendment of the Constitution. After heated and lengthy oral arguments, TGSCOM is now able to sell fully automatic weapons to the general public without tax stamps and the additional background check. The one stipulation to the agreement is that fully automatic rifles will be treated like handguns in that they will require a purchaser of 21 and older, the firearm must be transferred in the state of their residence (same as handguns) and that the buyer must submit to all regulations in the state of their residence.

What this means for you
We will now be adding a limited number of fully automatic firearms to our inventory. They will be sold on a first come first served basis. The benefit is that not only can you own them, but they do not have the $20,000 price tag they normally do.

California residents
Since this ruling is so new, there are no restrictions for California residents. Bet on the fact that they will be up to speed very quickly with reducing your Constitutional rights so take full advantage while you can!

Eric R. Thompson
President

NFA=National Firearms Act...the act dealing with Title 2 firearms (machineguns, suppressors (aka silencers), destructive devices (things that go BOOM!), short barrel shotguns, short barrel rifles, and Any Other Weapons (AOWs).

TGSCOM = Firearm store that deals in NFA items.

NFA refers to the National Firearms Act of 1934.

Where the government got the idea they could regulate firearms, I don’t know.

By the way, the Full Auto Ban Amendment to the 1986 “Firearms Owners Protection Act” never REALLY passed! And the BATF knows it. It was just on a voice vote, and the Nays WAY outweighed the Yeas on the Amendment’s adoption ballot! I heard it! Rep. Charles Rangel, D-NY, substituting for Tip O’Neil, just PROCLAIMED that it passed, to the GASPS of many in attendence, and the minority Repubs could not challenge him because of the parlimentary rules in effect at the time! HONEST! It is History!

I got that email today from http://www.midwesthuntersoutlet.com because I’ve ordered from them before.

I thought it was too good to be true, even pinged some people, then I realized today is April 1st, so I had to reping them.

It’s a good one though..if you go to the link you can even add something full auto to your cart..Then, when you add it, you get a network traffic error message.

In 1934, the United States was about one tick away from revolution. Dillinger, Bonnie and Clyde, Baby-face Nelson were robbing the banks that were foreclosing on everyone's homes and farms, and everyone was on the bank robber's side. The FBI, run by a little twerp named Hoover, was a brand new outfit, that had no actual Constitutional authority, and every time they tried to arrest someone, they had gotten shot up, and when they shot back, they always hit innocent bystanders. FDR was starting to wonder if he would live to see his next birthday when he rammed thru the NFA of 1934.

Up until then, a Thompson ran about $200, across the counter at your hardware store. Silencers were popular because you could shoot in the back yard and not disturb the next-door neighbors. (Like in New Zealand, today...) Right into WW2, a soldier was issued a rifle in boot camp, and took it with him on leave and during change of station, hence why they memorized the serial number.

I'm gonna change up your historical scenario to a possible, future, Obama scenario:

In 1934 2011, the United States United Socialists States was about one tick away from revolution. The Messiah himself (Obama), Dillinger Tim "Turbo Tax" Geithner, Bonnie and Clyde Rep. Bwaney Fwank and Sen. Chris Dodd (D), Baby-face Nelson "Kankles" Klinton were robbing the banks Treasury and forcing FNMA/FHLMC to foreclose on everyone's homes and farms, and everyone was on the bank robber's Obamamessiah's side. The FBI, run by a little twerp named Hoover Eric Holder, was a brand new (SOCIAL JUSTICE) outfit, that had no actual Constitutional authority, and every time they tried to arrest someone, they had gotten shot up, and when they shot back, they always hit innocent bystanders (JUST LIKE THEIR THUG/GANGSTA CRIMINAL CIVILIAN COUNTERPARTS). FDR Obamamessiah was starting to wonder if he would live to see his next birthday when he rammed thru the NFA of 1934 "Assault Weapon Ban Renewal Act of 2011".

Up until then, a Thompson Ruger 10/22 ran about $200, across the counter at your hardware store Federal Firearms Licensee. Silencers Slingshots, airguns, and bb guns were popular because you could shoot in the back yard and not disturb the next-door neighbors. Right into WW2 the end of the War on Terror....oops....(OVERSEAS CONTINGENCY OPERATIONS), a soldier poor, ignorant, minority soldier, forced to kill innocent children, was issued a rifle non-lethal stun gun in boot camp, and took it with him on leave and during change of station, hence why they memorized the serial number (AND THE PERSONAL OATH TO OBAMA.

What renders me speechless/incredulous is that while we’re undeniably more “govern”ed than at any time in the history of the “Republic”, whenever a problem arises, the media and government invariably conclude that inadequate regulation caused the problem. AND THE SHEEPLE ACCEPT THE PREMISE WITHOUT HARDLY A QUESTION! Statistically if we’re more regulated than 100 or 200 years ago, too little regulation should be the root problem a minority of the time, if ever. Yet not only is it the most common explanation, it’s never, ever, ever, the other way. Yet no one catches on.
