Metal 'Snakes' Fall Far Short of Life

by Brian Thomas, M.S.*

Researchers at Argonne National Laboratories have observed nickel filings ordering into rows atop a special fluid. With precisely structured electromagnetic fields surrounding them, the snake-like rows undulated in their beakers. The magnetically-motivated metal’s meanderings appeared so lifelike that Wired Science writer Alexis Madrigal suggested the tiny nickel trains can provide “clues about how life originally organized itself.”...

Watch out.

Data is data. The proper interpretation means all the difference in the world! That’s why creation scientists are so crucial to science :o)

What would be different without them?

There would be no hope of a correct interpretation of origins, cosmology, the created kinds, age of the Earth, geology, etc, etc.

Haven't you seen the quote about how when the scientists climb the last mountain, they'll find the theologians there waiting for them?

Oh great- Now PETA is goign to start demanding that we treat metal filings with respect andafford them all the ‘rights’ they desrve! Swell!

And in the next breath or someone else will tell me that everything they do is wrong and all their research is worthless because they’re starting from a flawed premise :).

I was thinking more along the lines of dependence on lawsuits to ensure they're relevant. ;)

Snakey nickle filings, computer generated “evolution”, nylon eaters, aliens seeding earth's life forms: Not exactly where Chuck envisioned the evos would be after 150 years.

239,513 articles in this archive alone. And if you're really interested, there's more in these really strange buildings called "libraries".

(And you may want to talk to the intelligent design proponents about that "aliens seeding earth's life forms" notion. Seems to be one of their "we don't care who the designer is" default positions.)

Creation scientists reinterpret the data that the Evos crank out in endless volumes of mostly government funded research journals.

You may want to discuss this with your troops. Seems to be an article of faith in the rank and file that "Evolutionists & Friends do not make scientific discoveries."

Virtually all Creationists and IDers are aware that the government funded scientists specializing in evolution pump out volumes and volumes of mostly meaningless data. However, within that data, there are a few gems that are usually missed because the Evos are looking through the lenses of Darwood’s materialist creation myth. When those gems are viewed through the lens of God’s creation, they suddenly begin to sparkle and make sense.

Do you find that insulting others is a good way to bring people over to your side?
