Yes, I think we can all agree this is not an FBI document. It does not claim to be either.

InfraGard offices are located in the same building or the immediate area of FBI field offices. Each office has an FBI agent detailed to it, and is directed by the FBI in accordance with PPD-63.

That’s a quasi FBI agency to me. LOL

Tasked by the FBI to provide "informational analysis" on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the "crescendo" of public concern about Obama's presidential eligibility.

That sentence is partially true with the purpose of misleading anyone who reads it.

The FBI NIPC referenced in that sentence was transferred to the Department of Homeland Security in 2003. Generally speaking, InfraGard was "tasked" to provide such analysis after 9/11/2001. Their role after 2003 is still being defined and coordinated by FBI Special Agent Coordinators at each local chapter.

Membership in InfraGard is by local chapter. In this case, Arizona. There are several InfraGard chapters in Arizona. None of them issued this document.

Dr. Rapacki authored this document on his own. He referenced his membership in InfraGard as a means to associate the document with the FBI, which is disingenuous. Whoever wrote that first sentence of this story did so with the purpose of hijacking the stated purpose and goal of the InfraGard organization to lend credibility to this white paper.

Which website? InfraGard does exist. It's a public private partnership between the FBI and the private security industry. However, InfraGard didn't sponsor this document.

I don’t get it. He implicitly gave up any “rights to privacy” so far as matters relating to his place and time of birth the moment he filled out an application to run for president.

The courts got it bass ackwards on this one, so does the Hawaii Dept of Vital Statistics...

The article appears to have been written by a poster on Defend Our Freedoms named DefendUSx , and posted to the board by:

Posted by Dr. Orly Taitz at 4/5/2009 3:45 PM. That gives it some credence, in my book.

OTOH, I have searched and find no (so called) accredited news organizations carrying this story. A million blogs and forums, but no MSM. So, I don’t know what to think.

I found, what I think is, a copy of the original letter (White paper). It is HERE.

Interesting to note, is that it begins with this statement:

From Dr. Orly Taitz:

“NOTE from Defend Our Freedoms Foundation Staff.

The below report states: “if Mr Obama fights unsealing his documentation…there will be civil unrest unleashed on the streets”

InfraGrad has a Public Private Partnership with the FBI. The PPP programs has been leveraged heavily from local to international levels to render entities back into Panopolies. The term panopoly was coined by Joseph Borkin, chief economic advisor of the Anti-trust Division of the Department of Justice circa 1943, during his investigations of I.G. Farben because the aggregation of businesses were much larger than a monopoly or cartel.

Memorandum: WHITE PAPER DISCUSSION — NOT CLASSIFIED

PROTECTIVE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNICATION PI: 126:09

NOT CLASSIFIED — PUBLIC DISSEMINATION

March the 16th, 2009

Statement of Purpose:

The content of this White Paper is deliberately intended to stimulate thought and discussion. Informational analysis comprising global security, national security of the United States of America, socio-political-economic forces as a dimension to national security, culture, freedom in human rights, defense and the rule of law are considered within the framework of this treatise.

Overview:

Beginning as campaign rhetoric, the question of Barak Obama’s legal status as a citizen of the United States of America qualified to serve as President, is moving toward a crescendo that might be heard formally by the United States Supreme Court. Downplayed by many, including U.S. Senators on the Republican side and even Senators serving on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee as late as Friday of last week, a significant meeting occurred last Thursday, March 12th in Idaho. The Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court was speaking before a large audience (800 in attendance, including the President of the Idaho State Bar Association) on the character of Abraham Lincoln, when attorney Orly Taitz of Mission Viejo, California came to the microphone and asked the Chief Justice if he would personally review a legal brief and a complaint signed by over 325,000 American citizens as to the Constitutionality of Barak Obama’s swearing-in as President. Chief Justice Roberts personally agreed to review the legal brief and the complaint saying such in front of the audience.

Motions to be heard on this critical Constitutional matter have been dismissed already, or not even accepted by courts in many states – New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, Washington, Texas, North Carolina to name a few. But the issue will not go away; it is morphing now to include active members of the Armed Forces serving in “Hot Zones” or theatres of combat. The legal motion handed

WHITE PAPER DISCUSSION — NOT CLASSIFIED

It also is prefaced with a summary of a C.V....of sorts.

I’ve never heard Orly Taitz advocate violence. I am not aware she ever has. I have heard her express that she has heard other people TALKING openly about things like this (where or how many, who knows!).

This report reads as if she herself has called for this directly, or as if she has the means and the “power” to direct something like this, and has threatened to take a specific course of action in relation to her case, or others. I find that very hard to believe, unless there is some other evidence besides this very piecemeal quote. Her comment is also one small part of what presumably is a paragraph, and in instances like this it is important to look at the CONTEXT of the statement.

IMHO, it appears she may be at risk of being set up as a scapegoat. I certainly hope not...

I think the true “context” of this whole thing is to get people to think. Not to incite. But, to extrapolate our circumstances, add in what our experience has taught us, and think about the possibilities that could be the outcome.

I respect Dr. Taitz very much. I love what she is doing in her efforts to help us save our Country. I really wished I were wealthy, and I could bankroll her, and others, in this.

As well he might ! Infraguard is the FBI’s own system - now being stretched to the limits by a deliberate (?) campaign, instigated by adherents of Orly Taitz, AS SUGGESTED on her website.

Let’s see: if the FBI gets tangled in trying to deal with vocal, insistent citizens, what might the Bureau not have time to see ?

Loyal opposition to an administration is one thing, but what I’m seeing is something else altogether; and, looking at the “supporting cast” of this “production”, I believe there is cause for concern - if not alarm.

If Obama is not eligible to hold the office of the President and there has been a deliberate conspiratorial cover-up to place a usurper in the White House, then we do have a problem on our hands. I think this white paper is a good thing that lays it all out in a way that I hope gets some attention.

‘Loyal opposition’ is a term applied to opposing a government without being opposed to the country’s constitution or laws!! I would say that those(like Dr. Orley), who are bringing these lawsuits, are the very definition of ‘loyal opposition’. They are standing up for our country’s laws and constitution! No one is promoting violence and in fact, I suspect that any violence that results from this whole thing, will be started by Obama’s minions.

Actually, the 9/11 Commission Reports shows the FBI has been aware of the Chicago mafia, including Obama for years. Yet, they haven’t acted. Citizens should be vocal and insistant. We pay an organization that could have stopped this mafia infiltration years ago.

Not so sure. Phillip Agee did a pretty good job of that and we’re still here.

The problem is that the granting of a security clearance is an extremely subjective process. To give the power to a President or Congress to deny a security clearance to any candidate for national office would be to effectively ensure that the party in power would remain in power forever.

That's what I was thinking; locking down Chicago for example, and other places with high Obama supporter neighborhoods.

I'm old enough to remember the riots following Martin Luther King Jr's death. That assassination was a heinous act by a deranged individual; however, it unleashed terrible destruction in at least 60 cities, especially DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Chicago. I remember the burned-out shell of what used to be 14th Street in DC, and how very long it took to rebuild this major traffic artery in the Nation's Capital.

I had written some other paragraphs here projecting what would happen this time, but I have erased them. God, help us.
