This was as enoromously successful initiative to bring attention to the slaughter of the unborn to the WH.
Might be worthy of consideration (different color---different mailing type---Congress-oriented) to focus on opposition to amnesty and "Dream" laws.
WOW
One would hope
Do they still make stamps with American Flags?
White envelopes with Flag stamps. Any number of ideas for the text...each envelope could represent an American citizen killed by illegal aliens since 9/11 (FIRECoalition is keeping track)...no amnesty of any kind for any illegal aliens...or, just that the flag is a reminder of our sovereignty and security...secure the borders now...just off the top of my head.
With the economy as bad as it is and job losses rising...now would be the perfect time to push for BAILOUT money to be used for something SMART....like effectively securing our borders. I’m still stunned that all these trillions of dollars are going for everything BUT securing the nation. Time and again it is obvious that NOT securing our borders IS BY CHOICE.
Sounds good.......we need to have a single theme to announce the issue at a single glance.
We could compile and share with each other news stories from allover the US--then paste on the outside of each envelope the news story that details an American citizen killed by an illegal driver.
The anti-abortion red envelopes made a teriffic impact---b/c the color stood out---the message came over loud and clear.
Much as I like the white envelope/flag stamp idea----the envelope should be a color---so as to standout from all the mail received in the WH mail room----it must make an immediate statement.
PATTERN
THERE'S ALSO STORE BOUGHT TRANSPARENT PLASTIC IN COLORS ----
