What does he hope to gain by these legal challenges? The time for him to have unleashed his legal team would have been DURING the voting process like Frankenstein.

It hasn’t been said often enough that if Sen Coleman, in the aftermath of his scandal, had not been so arrogant as to put himself and his personal ambition over the good of the nation, and the party for that matter, we would not now be in this position. He never should have run.
I do not excuse chicanery of the democrats - I simply state that it is a known quantity, and there are other qualified candidates in MN for whom this election would not have even been close.
You dont mean to say only government workers voted for Franken, do you? Either way, Im quite happy with my decision as I was happy to fire a handful of Obama voters December 1st of last year. Funny how I havent had a problem with the cash register coming up short and other employee thievery since.

I believe there was a 3rd party candidate in the race who took 13% or so of the vote...in every state where this happens, we lose,.....and those DFL’ers in Minnesota are NUTTY.
