Unfortunately, there are some people — half of them naive; the other half, just plain dumb — who believe ANYTHING Obama says, no matter what Obama does. (Was it Stalin who said the way to get people to believe a lie is just to repeat the lie until is seems impossible that it is a lie?)

He's bowing lower than the "short" king who is not as short as Queen Elizabeth. His other hand is clearly in sight, hanging down, almost between his legs where his tail would be.
