the flood-ravaged areas in ND or IA (or anywhere else)?
the ice storm hit areas?
anyplace a tornado has hit?
anyplace where there have been multiple killings to meet with families?
anyplace experiencing a serious drought?
the site of any earthquake damage?
any tent city?
anywhere there is now massive unemployment, e.g., Wilmington, OH or Sacramento?
Let’s not even speak about the terrorist/pirate takeovers of vessels. Not before several stiff drinks.

I can’t think of a single thing that he’s done that has
