You miss the point of this bill. It is meant to be so broad and encompassing as to stifle dissent of the people against socialism. It is anathema not only to the first amendment but in general to what our founding fathers intended when they wrote the Constitution.

What a person does in their free time is of no concern or consequence to the federal government unless it is illegal. They are using a mandatory voluntary prgrogram to squash free speech and freedom of religion in one fell swooth.
