Republican Clerics who are borderline xenophobic are working very hard in front of and behind the scenes to paint President Obama as someone who is weak without grit. Their political rhetoric is psychotic, says Yvonne R. Davis.
Okay so what if President Obama bowed to Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah at the G-20 Summit? Showing respect for the Elder King's position does NOT in any way mean the apocalyptic messages Republican Clerics are screaming over the air waves -- the US is going to turn Muslim and Christianity is going to get thrown out of an ancient Uzbek tower and smash on the ground because of the so-called Obama genuflect.
It is so wildly crazy to see all of this talky talk about President Obama on this silly issue. On Fox News you see the veins popping out of the foreheads and necks of their squawkers. On MSNBC, their conservative guests' faces turn real red (Not Pat Buchanan, he is always very cool and does not get caught up in the petty stuff), with their venomous punditry

At least she’s essentially admitting he did bow. Face it, Obama’s ‘credibility gap’ in less than 100 days in office makes LBJ look as honest as a four-year old.
She’s asking the question because she’s groping for some acceptible excuse.
Here’s the issue: It matters a great deal if the President really is a Muslim. Most governments in the ME suspect or believe its true. Many on the right believe it. Some Dems do to.
Who gets baptised and then takes on the name ‘Hussein’?
There were similar questions leveled at Kennedy, him being Catholic. If elected President, would he answer to the Pope? Many took that question pretty seriously.
After all we’ve learned about Islam - after all we’ve been FORCED to learn about Islam - the possibility he wasn’t square with the American people about his religion or his country of origin matters.
This chick knows it, and probably shouldn’t have raised the question in the first place.

Just the fact that this article was published, and the shrill tone thereof, is proof that the left is very defensive about this issue. They know it’s a humdinger if enough of the sheeple figure out what’s going on.
Obama is the Messiah. Nothing he can do will disturb his faithful followers. Yes!! he bowed, then he lied, but it ddint really cost us anything. We are being driven to the poor House in a wind powered Chevy and the Obama followers wil cheer us all the way there.
Barack Obama had a little speech years ago about "Just Words" and how "words matter."
To the "thinking class" of people we listen to peoples words and then we watch what they do. The thinking class of people do not think it is silly that a US President BOW to ANY foreign leader! The mere act of this is saying with action "I SUBMIT TO YOU!" We now have an acting President who has told a foreign leader, through his words (read his books) AND now his BOW that he will stand with them and submit to them.
The thinking class of people are a "silly" bunch of people. You see we listen to Barack's words as well as his actions. Barack Hussein Obama is showing himself loyal to everyone BUT the American people, the "arrogant" American (in his words) people I might add.
Why was it bad to bow before the Saudi king?
Because we’re Americans.
We are the best, richest, and most powerful nation on this planet. Our ingenuity, our resources, and our guts to try something new have enriched the entire world.
Our military is considered the best in the world.
Our people (for now) have freedoms that aren’t enjoyed by many people on this earth.
Why don’t we bow? Because we ARE Americans. We have the might to destroy the world 5 times over. We haven’t used it because we are a merciful and magnanimous people. We would rather live peaceably with all than to fight, but if provoked (as we were on 9/11/01), we will come to where you are with that might and kick your ass all the way back to the Stone Age.
We have been WINNING on the world stage for over 200 years, and no namby-pamby no-account so-called President should EVER, EVER, bow before ANY king.
It reminds me of the story from the 1936 Berlin Olympics. All the flags dipped in salute to Adolph Hitler...except one. The man who carried the flag of the United States of America did not bow the flag, saying “This flag bows before no earthly king or potentate.”
This attitude should be the same with our LEADERS.
Presidents of the United States of America DO NOT bow to the head of another country...EVER!
If it is “so what” they must think the Obama Administration is lying.
On that, I agree with them.
