When people in California start turning out in numbers like this, the Powers That Be better sit up and take notice.

Larger crowds than Hillary drew...and larger than many of the Obama campaign crowds. And none were bussed in like they were for Obama by ACORN!!!!

I just don't have words to express what a great event this turned out to be! They are saying it was the BIGGEST IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY! The energy of the crowd was phenomenal, the young patriots marching in with flags singing loud and clear.... "We're Not Going to Take it Anymore!", the speakers were great, and the excitement of the crowd was electric! I've never been to anything like this before and it will be a day long remembered as one of the best of my life! Imagine, 7,500 people!!!!
My photos were just snapshots of the event, but it will give you an idea of what it was like, if you care to take a look (view them as a slideshow or individually).....
My Photos From the Central Valley Tea Party
Amy, I don't have the Central Valley Ping list. Could you ping them for me?
I am sorry, there were some people I wanted to meet there, but I never found them in that huge crowd. :-(

Was great to see you and the FResno FReepers again. We need to get back out on our corner again!

I was there! My husband came along too, because he had to take me to dialysis at 3. He actually went back while I was at the clinic! He’s very shy at meeting new people. I stayed anonymous so he would be more comfortable.
He did spot a Bee reporter that he called a bad name, though. That guy was creepy.

Thanks, Amy. Now I need to go and get the RV cleaned and ready to be put back into storage. I am so glad we had the 5th wheel to use as a windbreak.
BTW, I didn't get a t-shirt even though I was a "tea bagger". Jeff got one though and he actually did way more than I did. There was virtually NO trash to pick up after the event. We don't leave trash on the ground, unlike those who attended the Obama inauguration. So, that tells me that WE are the ones who actually TRULY care about the environment. :-)
