Tea Tremors
Cowboy Confessional ^ | 4/19/2009 | Guy Smith

Posted on 04/19/2009 11:13:03 AM PDT by guyshomenet

An opening salvo was fired on Wednesday. Was Washington D.C. listening?

...

These protests were called Tea Parties, named after a rather infamous gathering of the same title in 1773. That ‘party’ too was an opening salvo of discontent that three years later led to the dismissal of the reigning government.

...

Signs are rally requisites, used to express one’s rage long after vocal chords tire. Taxes were this week’s secondary theme. The prominent note of discord was on the subject of liberty and the shrinking supply thereof.

...

Time to reload the revolution

That last sign troubled me. Along with the slogan was a drawing of a Kentucky long rifle, circa 1776. The prelude was pure, the prediction precise. Common among realist is an old adage that there are three boxes The People use to defend freedom - the ballot box, the jury box and the bullet box. ... Unless the Lords of Government have changed their behavior in the last 236 years, the outcome could be regrettably similar.

I've always heard it was four boxes with the soapbox for free speech being the first. All the Dems and reporters who are insulting or just ignoring the Tea Parties are trying to kick that first box out from under our feet.

>>there are three boxes The People use to defend freedom - the ballot box, the jury box and the bullet box. Historians know what inevitably arises when The People are suddenly dictated to by their employees in government and when the government does not obey the express written will of The People. It happened in 1773 and again in 2009. Unless the Lords of Government have changed their behavior in the last 236 years, the outcome could be regrettably similar.<<

We’ve tried 1 & 2, as all good citizens must. #1 has been made worthless by corrupt elections. #2 has been coopted by a corrupt judiciary, with a Socialist agenda. Sadly, we are left with only one choice, if we wish to remain a free people. And no, the “Lords of government” have not and will not change.

What kills me is the excuse and rebuttle in the mainstream liberal media and Obamabots citing the recent poll that 48% are happy with the tax rate. DUHH! 48% pay no taxes. They are delusional enough to cite this poll as a reason the protesters are out of touch and off base. Are people really that dumb?

Is it fair then to start calling the Dems “Torries”? They represent the same thing: The status quo of tyranny.

Personally, I prefer traitors; but Tories will do.

Trying? Have you been on campuses lately?
No guns... no guts... no intelligence.

Washington DC doesn’t think we’re important enough to listen to. Their response was to lie and pretend they didn’t even know, and to release a report condemning us as dangerous.

fine then, if that’s the game Obambi wants to play. We can do this the easy way or the hard way.

http://tinyurl.com/deruz7 movie about 0bama

Personally, I foresee some kind of attack on the USofA as a direct result of the Traitorous Remarks by 0bama and this will be the total undoing of the sitting president. He’ll run for the closet, get into the fetal position, suck his thumb and cry for his “Mama.”

0bama has given aid and comfort to the enemies of the Republic for years. I believe it’s about to catch up with him. Whoever attacks us will announce that the reason is due to something 0bama said or did. This will be documented TREASON and he will be impeached.

Hopefully this will occur AFTER the 2010 elections when the Conservatives have control of the Legislature. But it may happen sooner . . . and with the documented proof of 0bama’s treachery, even the Democrats in Congress will vote to Impeach . . . and it will probably taint the Democrat Leadership, too.

In the meantime, keep up the fight for Truth, Justice and The American Way.

Did you ever wonder why the FBI was “watching” at these events?

The Commies in Washington had tasked the FBI and “others” (media, ??) to find a way to discredit the movement. They know there is nothing violent or centrally staged about the Tea Parties.

Pelosi had called it “astro-turf” from the Pubbies. She however knows it is a real grass-roots movement.

The Left in Power cannot stand it.

They “Fear” “We the People”, and they should.
