Wow! Michael does not mince words! I like his style. I wish that our Bishops would be so outspoken — ore someone with power over Fr. Jenkins. Who’s his boss, anyway?

You both make good points; and, I agree.
Withholding financial support of the school is more appropriate.

I thought you might be interested in this, especially this
wonderful, awful, UN-buh-LEEV-able VIDEO ---Click, and then scroll down to where it says FALSE DIALOG: JENKINS SCR***S THE STUDENTS.
I am not sorry for the frank language in the video. I believe that Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezechiel and Daniel (the Bible's frank-language Good Guys) would have no problem with telling it like it is.

Thank you for the links...the first one got me to Notre Dame's website and I started looking for an email for Father Jenkin's office...no luck.
So I fired one off to the news and info contact site and informed them of the graphic nature of one of the two posters I intend to make.
Asked that they pass it on to Father Jenkin's office since I was unable to directly email him myself.

You folks might appreciate this
Prophetic Link. And also
The P.O.P.E. Project has addresses listed to those you may wish to contact. And remember, snail mail is so much the bulkier. We sent snail mails to both the
Pope and
Jenkins.

Fr. John I. Jenkins C.S.C., president of ND:
Phone: 574-631-5000
Fax: 574-631-2770
Email: John.i.jenkins.1@nd.edu
Mailing: 317 Main Building, Notre Dame, IN 46556
He almost certainly has a filter on his incoming e-mails at this point, so I'd recommend snail mail. Bulkier. Has to be opened. Go get 'im. And his superiors, too.

You need to pray the Rosary and the Caplet of Divine Mercy with bull horns during the demonstration.

Did you get to watch the Divine Mercy events in Stockton MA yesterday?
Must have been quite powerful live.

No, I didn’t catch that. Our parish (St. Mary’s in Johnson City, TN) had a very well-attended Divine Mercy observance. I am touched by this.

Thank you for the pings to these threads Mrs. Don-O.
I have appreciated all the articles on the Notre Dame / Fr. Jenkins fiasco that you have posted, but this one is especially significant (to me anyway).
I was originally quite upset with Bishop D'Arcy's announcement that he was just going to boycott the commencement exercises, but this announcement makes me very happy. I hope that the students take advantage of his humble offer, and extend him as warm and gracious invitation to a prayer service.

I have also been touched by TASMANIANRED's reminder to pray the Chaplet.
