The FBI on Tuesday will for the first time add the name of a domestic-terrorism suspect to its list of Most Wanted Terrorists, a post-Sept. 11 creation that until now has included only suspected Islamist terrorists, a law enforcement official told The Washington Times.
Daniel Andreas San Diego, a 31-year-old animal rights activist, is wanted in connection with the 2003 bombings of two companies in the San Francisco Bay Area linked to an animal-testing laboratory.
San Diego will take his place on a list that has included notorious international terrorists such as Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahri and Adam Gadahn, the American-born al Qaeda spokesman, said the law enforcement official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity so as not to pre-empt the official announcement.
The announcement is being made nearly a week after The Times reported on a Homeland Security Department assessment warning that war veterans could be susceptible to recruitment into "right-wing extremism." The report unleashed a firestorm of controversy and led to an apology to veterans from Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.
San Diego apparently is linked to radical animal rights activists. The FBI has estimated that such groups have committed more than 1,000 crimes and caused more than $100 million in damage.

btw- DUers deny that there have been any leftwing American terrorists
Something that moonbat Napolitano failed to notice here is that the animal rights fanatics tend to differ greatly from Conservatives but not from her fellow Leftwingtards.
Bet she thinks Bill Ayers is a neat guy too.
Hmm, a lefty.
Good! Bout time one of these freaks gets caught and punished for their terrorism.
“San Diego,” is this prick’s name?!
Wait a minute...this guy isn’t a pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment Christian coming off a tour in Iraq?
My, my, will wonders ever cease. /sarcasm
I am sure THAT list will be out soon.. expect to see my name on it
A right wing, abortion hating, religious, homecoming veteran?...
Sure there have been. But if they are liberals, then they aren’t terrorists, but activists..........
Daniel Andreas San Diego, a 31-year-old animal rights activistStake him out on an anthill.
That’d be cruel to the ants. How bout a HALO from a C-130 30,000 feet over Kilauea?
Is there a reward for his capture? And is he wanted Dead or Alive? or just (sigh) Alive?
Images, description, reward at link:
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ayers.
I believe Cliff Kincaid, AIM, is planning a news conference in San Francisco later this month.
"The San Francisco Police Officers Association has publicly supported the call for a renewed investigation, saying the evidence points to Ayers and Dohrn as the perpetrators." [End quote]
I recall a recent news article stating that the Obama/Holder DoJ told the policemen to shut up about it. I believe DoJ claimed that there was an on-going investigation. After almost 40 years I hope someone got around to taking a look.
Any bounty on his head???? I could use the money...
Does anyone else remember a time when people like him were pursued because they were criminals?
Starting off the domestic terrorist list with a wacko commie is like shooting fish in a barrel. But, if that’s the easiest way to get the program accepted, what the heck, commies look at life as expendable, right?
Kick this creep to the curb.
I expect DU will be cheering as the list expands.
I prefer the HANO...
“I don’t know what happened somebody signed him up as an experienced sky diver you would have thought he would have bothered to check for a parachute.”
LMAO, so much for Conservatives being the real terrorists.
Take that Napolitano, you wanker.
Notice how it mentioned rightwingers and animal rights activists, but in no way mentioned how the people involved in animal rights are politically from the left? Or did I miss them mentioning that?
Let's just the sentence comes down in January, and they have to ride on 3" of ice.
Yeah, that Most Wanted List is just full of Napolitano’s Dangerous Enemies List: veterans, Tea Party protestors, and Federalist Society scholars.
“Daniel Andreas San Diego, a 31-year-old animal rights activist, is wanted in connection with the 2003 bombings of two companies in the San Francisco Bay Area linked to an animal-testing laboratory.”
Meanwhile, Napolitano and her boss Obama probably think General George Washington, Eisenhower, Patton, Omar Bradley, MacArthur, Admiral Nimitz, Admiral Halsey, etc. are dangerous veterans. Obama and Napolitano are socialist midgets compared to our military veterans. Obama never served a day in the military; all he did was take money from unknown sources to stay in college, associate with domestic terrorists and his America-hating “pastor” Jeremiah Wright.
Sounds like a lot of winter travel to Costa Rica for the investigators.....wait for the tip that he's in Hawaii...
Another of those pesky right-wing terrorists......
I love your list but you left yourself, me and hundreds of your fellow Freepers off the list. I’m saddened. :>)
She could make a show of good faith by having Bill Ayers and his little friends hunted down and tortured of course.
If they asked for volunteers to torture Billy, the line of eager volunteers would extend from Washington DC to Chicago.
It’s a Wag the Dog by DHS
EXACTLY what this is. Take note of how this administration operates. Much different than the Clintons. This is their "answer" for the backlash from the Right Wing Terrorist paper.
The same logic is the reason that CIA papers were released. I imagine that the Attorney General found that there was no cause to prosecute the CIA agents. That announcement, by itself, would anger the Left. So the idea of a simultaneous release of the classified CIA papers was born.
Get ready for much more of this sort of "balance". When the administration does something to anger one political pole, they will throw a bone to the other side. Don't take that bone - throw it back.
Gorafalo never mentioned that ... hummmm
Link broken today. Cached:
Does that mean Homeland Security thinks all liberals might be terrorists?
I'm WAITING for the “report” on liberal extremists...
