Think about the time and energy that they have put into addressing the selling of a problem that does not exist and into something that, in the end, they cannot control, i.e., the global climate.
So the actual agenda is something quite different, as we all know.

“Cap and trade” is a fiat money scheme.
It takes nothing (air) and monetizes it. Shameless, unethical operators like Al Gore use their political connections to stand at the front of the fiat money line.
In that sense “cap and trade” is the same kind of covert taxation scheme as inflation, and for exactly the same reasons.
Making the air a fungible commodity is the wet dream of politicians and charlatans like Al Gore.

Not a Dingell fan but he seems to be reaching the breaking point. We just cannot afford more taxes and it’s especially true here in Michigan.

Why isn’t the RNC or someone running commercials to inform the public on everyone of these issues that the Democrats are so rapidly cramming down our throats. I want Republicans to fight back harder.
To: Nachum
Nice call Doofus Dingbat. What was your first clue, John?

Just because the DemonCraps Minions don’t understand cap and trade doesn’t mean that “Intelligent” people (Republicans) don’t know exactly what it is.
How stupid does Mr Dingle (ling) think his people are? Obviously - Pretty stupid.

He is wrong. Tens of millions of us know that it is nothing but a tax. And even the idiots who voted for the zero find out their electric bill is going to increase by $300 a month will call and complain to their congressmen.

They act like its invisible money...same way with national healthcare and all those who can’t pay for it. The money ends up coming from the rest of America.
To: Nachum
“Nobody”? I beg to differ.

One, two, three, four... Hrmm! One, two, (one, two, three, four!) Let me tell you how it will be; There's one for you, nineteen for me. 'Cause Im the taxman, Yeah, Im the taxman. Should five per cent appear too small, Be thankful I don't take it all. 'Cause Im the taxman, Yeah, Im the taxman. (if you drive a car, car;) - Ill tax the street; (if you try to sit, sit;) - Ill tax your seat; (if you get too cold, cold;) - Ill tax the heat; (if you take a walk, walk;) - I'll tax your feet. Taxman! 'Cause Im the taxman, Yeah, Im the taxman. Don't ask me what I want it for, (ah-ah, mister Wilson) If you don't want to pay some more. (ah-ah, mister heath) 'Cause Im the taxman,
