Time-Warner [slowly] tanking???
If so it's been a long time coming, and I for one couldn't be happier.

We had Time-Warner's AOHell for 10 years.
One morning upon opening my AOHell home page I'm greeted with a large bold headline, it read: Garth Brooks Rocks For Gay Rights.

I sat there, totally stunned.

When I collected myself I calmly picked up the phone, called AOHell. Read the AOHell himbo the riot act. Then, terminated our 10 year association. -End of Line-

Time-Warner.
Now that one's especially dear to my heart. ;^)

Maybe that’s why AOL doesn’t put out the CDs any more, so they will appreciate in value. The other reason is that dial-up is becomming a thing of the past.

Bum year, even with DVRs tossed in

snip

This has been a rough season for the broadcast networks, regardless of the measure.

That’s the case even when looking at the most recent live-plus-seven-day ratings, the most inclusive measure of the broadcasters’ audience. L7 ratings are based on live viewing plus seven days of DVR playback. DVRs are now in more than 30 percent of homes, according to Nielsen.

On this measure, four of the five networks are down from last year through April 26 for the season that began in September, despite favorable comparisons to last year, when the networks’ ratings were getting hit hard by the writers’ strike.

This is my favorite. Since you're a newbie to the Dinosaur Media DeathWatch™ threads, you may not have seen the TIME themed songs I've fixed up.

"This is my favorite."

HA!!
Quite apropos', isn't it.
Just so happens to be among my favorites, also. {have both vinyl and CD copies in my library...}

"Since you're a newbie to the Dinosaur Media DeathWatch™ threads, you may not have seen the TIME themed songs I've fixed up."

I'm recoiling over being tagged "newbie", to this or any other thread.
Thanks abb.
Combined with the T-W development, its made my day. :^)

Good, this is the worst outfit I ever did business with...they are liars...they quote one price and then double it...it took months to resolve my problem...rate hikes even though promised 12 months without rate hikes...hey the CEO just got a raise 28 million...these people are greedy. How can you get a raise when your company is doing badly...I feel for TW shareholders who will be screwed over in the end.

I don't feel shit for them. Time has been a corrupt entity with overpaid staff for decades. They chose to put their money there, and not impose fiduciary restrictions on the company through the stock voting process.

They willingly threw their money away.
