Tony Bennett: Americans Should Support Anything Obama Wants
CNS ^ | 5/1/09 | Nick Ballasy

Posted on 05/01/2009 9:42:13 AM PDT by pissant

Grammy-award winning musician Tony Bennett told CNSNews.com he “loves everything” Barack Obama has done in his first 100 days as president and thinks every American should “give him all-out support for anything he wants to do.”

Bennett further said that Americans should imitate the other countries of the world that support Obama. “I really hope that every citizen of the United States would imitate the rest of the world because they’re all for Obama,” said Bennett. “Every other country adores what happened – in our great country – to have him as president.”

Bennett’s comments were made at the National Portrait Gallery where he presented the Smithsonian Museum with a portrait he painted of the late jazz legend Duke Ellington, commemorating his 110th birthday on April 29.

“I love everything he’s done and everything he’s doing,” Bennett said of Obama. “I think we should give him all-out support for anything he wants to do. We should all help. He’s giving our country back to us, and that’s the laws of the land – the citizens own the country.”

Another limosine liberal wanting us to bear the tax burden for his guilty conscience. What’s important is for us to “feel really good” about our President.

I recall Tony slamming Bush, quite harshly. You might want to revisit that.

“Every other country adores what happened – in our great country – to have him as president.”

Iran, Cuba, and Venezuela among them.

Yes, the rest of the world should be greatly admired. I look forward to the day we can live just like them.

That only applies if you are burning flags and promoting communism on behalf of the democrat party.

Wealthy pop stars don’t care. More taxes/debt are meaningless to them. Screw the unwashed middle class. It’s the ‘feel good scheudenfraud’ of the year.

“First of all, I think he’s one of the great orators of all time,”

I wonder if he's equally fond of other historic great orators.

Dear Lord, God-Almighty—

PLEASE,

IF HE WON’T WAKE-UP, CONFESS AND REPENT HIS EVIL IDIOCIES . . .

May he have terminal laryngitis;

May all his CD’s have long spiral, deep scratches;
May his feet and dirty socks continually be in his mouth;

May he stutter horrifically every time he opens his mouth in public;
May he persistently stumble as though drunk and fall in the orchestra pit or the first row whenever he’s placed on stage;

May he go about with the rubber portion of a toilet plunger on his head pretending it’s a top hat;
May he slobber and drool whenever a camera is within 20 feet;

May his voice crack about every 3rd note whenever he pretends he’s singing;
May his breath and B.O. be intolerable to all the ladies;

May his supply of Depends run out frequently at inopportune moments;
May OThuga call him in crazed stupors frequently at 02:30;

May pets growl, hiss, scratch, and bite at tender places whenever he gets near;
Whenever he dines with the OThuga family, may he puke all over the hostess half-way through the meal.

. . .

Which being interpreted means . . .

I’m not a fan . . . particularly now.

I second that. Bennett is a die hard Democrat.

Weren’t there allegations of wife beating as well as drug use with this Sinatra wannabe? Bennett couldn’t hold Frank’s cigarette.
