Seriously, anyone with even a modicum of common sense and/or intelligence knows that having an open, porous border iwth a third world country will lead to the scattering of various diseases. Whether or not the swine flu is one of these is irrelevant to the fact that it has happened and will happen in the future. So, why not use this incident at this time to point out the way in which our government is intentionally leaving us vulnerable to these diseases simply for political gain? If not now, when? I mean there are a myriad of reasons that the open border is bad for the US and for Mexico. We should be utilizing this moment to point these out. So, kudos to those willing to speak up.
And Thursday, Boston talk radio host Jay Severin was suspended after calling Mexican ILLEGAL ALIEN immigrants "criminalians" during a discussion of swine flu and saying that emergency rooms had become "essentially condos for Mexicans."
