It seems to me that the conservative wing of the GOP needs to focus on their message by abandoning the GOP which is attempting to find a larger “tent.”
The current circular firing squad is not very productive.

I am so sick and tired of them being the party of “we will spend your money slower than the dims” or “we will bring this nation to the isms slower than the dims”.

Perhaps you have noticed that left wing garbage is often trotted out with a “common sense” label as in “common sense” gun laws. I am all for actual common sense.
Common sense tells us that housing prices cannot rise faster than incomes for an indefinite period. Common sense tells us that those who want to take away your only means of self defense do not have your interests at heart. Common sense tells us that as Alan Keyes said recently, “A bankrupt government cannot bail out a bankrupt banking system.” Common sense tells us that Obama is a left wing puppet who is in office for one reason, to destroy what remains of this great country. Common sense makes a sensible person shudder with revulsion at the image of Rahmbo.

Well said! In medical terms the political body of America has 100% malignant inoperable systemic cancer. Nothing short of aggressive doses of chemo specifically engineered for targeting the immediate removal of ALL cancerous cells will do.

Honestly, I’m so desperate for a change in direction, I’d glom onto an effort launched by Congressmen, if only it were truly Conservatively focused. If John McCain is involved, that isn’t the case.
