Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) told a gathering of pro-abortion activists that the Health and Human Services (HHS) regulations put in place by the Bush administration to protect medical professionals who work in institutions that receive federal funding and morally oppose certain practices, such as abortion, is short-sighted and should be rescinded by President Obama.

Less money going to take care of
So they can Party On with
all their feel-good acts
There will be Hell to Pay however
They want us all to die
Don't you know we use up too much resources?
It’s “short-sighted” to eliminate from the medical profession anyone who doesn’t march in lockstep with the culture of death party line?
I dont believe that government funds should be used to promote anything any where outside of the United States, let alone anything that is opposed by so many US Citizens.
Satanic. Same with same-sex marriage, the devil wants all sacraments blasphemed...
To deny a man’s conscience is true tyranny. And we need to start using that word.
Who is the god of death?
That’s who they worship, and that is why they do his bidding.
You know what? Skip the federal money, let the people who want to kill babies try and come up with an answer. They won’t find it, and if they think they do, it’ll turn out to be wrong (ie stem cells causing secondary cancers in people).
Get pro-life private investors to back these places. Yes that means no easy money from Uncle Sugar, but that’s the price. I get zero from government. They want to put all these strings on it, tell them to take a flying leap.
**Why are democrats so supportive of “death” issues(...**
There Is no God but Government, and Abortion is the Ticket to Heaven.
Goering in tennis shoes?
These leftist politicians are savage fanatics that seem to be entrenched. I wonder if the normal political process is viable any longer?
So this Senator, elected by the people, believes the Federal Government has the right to force a Medical Doctor who has sworn an oath to do no harm,to kill babies?
This elected Senator believes she or the current President has the right to over ride the US Constititon soley to push her/his own perosnal liberal agenda on the people? What sort of idiots are out there electing these people into office...
When these medical professionals switch careers, or leave the US to work in medicine in another country; then we will see who was "short-sighted".
What a WITCH....besides the fact the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT should have NO SAY in all of this....
I see a future where a lot of OBGYN’s retire. There is already a shortage, soon pregnant woman will have no one to deliever their babies because of trying to force doctor’s to do what they morally object to.
Sen. Patty Murray, the only “short sightedness” here is your attempt to trample on someones moral convictions and religious rights to not kill a fellow human being.
Thats who they worship, and that is why they do his bidding.
" Death was not God's doing, he takes no pleasure in the extinction of the living. It was the devil's envy that brought death into the world." (Ws.1:12-15, 2:24)
So does the bible, the words of our founding fathers, and thousands of other books. They mean nothing to these murdering Marxist wanna-be dictators; only the words of their beloved Che, the murdering Marxist revolutionary does.
It has nothing to so with being shortsighted and everything to do with being principled unlike yourself Patty Cake Murray.
I felt pretty bad about voting for McCain, but much guiltier about paying my taxes.
The political process is viable. It's sending them money that isn't working out for us. We're enabling a massive protection racket...which wouldn't last two weeks if we quit funding it.
And neither would Barack 0bama.
But, of course, she decries the shortage of doctors. Which doctors? Witch doctors.
