They say a picture—or in this case, pictures—are worth a thousand words. Especially if Donald Trump is the person doing the talking.
Never one to shy away from sharing his thoughts, the real estate mogul talked about the whole Miss California photo scandal during a call in to Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show on Wednesday…
As the owner of the Miss USA franchise, Trump said the alleged racy shots of Carrie Prejean are heading his way so that he can review them and determine if they are grounds for her to lose the coveted sash.
"They're sending me the photos now, and we have to make a decision, but from what I'm hearing, they're not so bad," The Donald told Ryan, before slyly pointing out: "And her body does look good."
"She's a beautiful girl," he continued. "And I'm not sure if, in the end, is this going to help her or hurt her? I think maybe it helps her. I don't think she realizes that."
While Trump intends to come to a resolution "probably today or tomorrow," he's clearly into it all. Between this, Prejean's other scandalous moment and, lest we forget, Celebrity Apprentice—"Joan Rivers' controversy on poker players"—he said it has definitely made for "an amazing period of time

I don’t get it...I’m a conservative woman (both in politics and morally), but c’mon, even I don’t consider that picture something worthy of stripping her of her crown. It looks more like an advertisement than “dirty” pictures.

Trump is detestable. He allowed the media to frame the debate on this young girl, who answered the question honestly. Trump should have come out immediately and defended her, even if only to conderm the vitriol that was circulating about her. She was not an anti-gay activist and was set up by Perez Hilton because she attends a Christian college. If Perez Hilton wasn’t sure he would like her answer, he shouldn’t have asked the question.
These photos are not scandalous, but they will use them as deal breakers because this girl will not be able to fulfill her “duties” as Miss California without drawing protestors, lke cutting ribbons at grocery stores and photo ops at car washes. Big deal.
This continued agitation is about one thing only...anybody who will speak out against the gay agenda, purposefully or not, will be villified, humiliated, and destroyed.
It is amazing that Trump, usually not backing down from a fight, has allowed this whole thing to get out of hand. I have no respect for him at all.

And the provider is going to say "this isn't commercial", but the lawyer's know better.

That is true for the reasons you cite. Also, he thought Hilton’s diatribe was OK because it brought attention to HIS pageant and was good for HIS business. Sure... a young woman’s life is torn apart, but there’s no problem as long The Donald’s business flourishes.
Trump will exonerate her, he’s just upping the publicity stakes by creating ‘drama’ over his decision. (and it helps whateven causes Carrie is backing by making her more well known)
Her life has already moved way beyond “Miss” Anything. There is nothing they can do to hurt her now if she’ll just keep her head up.

Mr Trump I am sure knows this was a set up to destroy Miss Prejean because of her views and I am sure he knows that little whatever he is Perez probably knew about Miss Prejean’s views in advance.

That would seem a good outcome.
Because of her answer, these photos are being distributed to destroy her. Had she been asked any other question, we'd never know about these photos. Had she won the contest, nobody would be using these photos to try to take away the crown.
Regarding Perez Hilton, I'm betting that he was a judge as a part of a package deal with Trump to be on his shows. Several weeks ago, Celebrity Apprentice aired an episode where Hilton was a judge on a viral video task (presumably filmed several months ago). Durning that episode, Perez says to Trump, "As a gay man..." and Trump interrupts him saying "Really? You're gay? I didn't know that." Had he known at the time, would Trump still have contracted Hilton to be a judge at the Miss USA contest?
Regarding "The Answer," would the Miss California pageant have preferred that Prejean answered the question with "I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so because some people out there in our nation don't... have education like South Africa and The Iraq, and that our education over here should help... build up our future?"
