Summary of Part 3 of the Valdemar interview series:
* Valdemar cited the following cities as having been infiltrated by the Mexican drug cartels: Lynwood, Bell Gardens, Hawaiian Gardens, South Gate, Huntington Park., Vernon, Cudahy.
* Drug cartels set up phony businesses to launder drug money, usually used car lots, and used tire shops that serve as a "front" for their operations.
* Valdemar says it all starts when a small business, like a restaurant, is purchased by someone with drug money from Mexico, who sets up shop and starts inviting the city fathers to come for complimentary or discounted meals.
* Then invitations are extended to local police and other government officials, until the business operator is well established, with powerful friends.
* Drug money is used to send out smear campaign literature to destroy reputations of incumbent city council members and to finance the campaigns of challengers whose goal is to get a majority voting block on the city council.
* Once the drug cartel controls the city council, they fire the city attorney, city manager and start giving out contracts, like the trash collection contract, to their cronies.

Should this really be a surprise to anyone? You allow millions of illegal aliens into your country, have employers look the other way and hire them, let them settle, let them have children who are recognized as U.S. citizens, allow them to collect public sector benefits, don’t question their allegiance to this country or it’s laws (why should they? They’ve broken dozens of laws, many felonious, and are not even pursued?) etc., on and on. The country of Mexico was never our friend and never will be our friend. If anything, they will continue to use us as a dumping ground for their excess population and criminals. It’s a total win/win situation for them; they get to stay in power and practice their corruption to the maximum, export their overload of poor and ignorant masses who in turn send billions back in US dollars, and provide an open border policy for the illegal flow of people and drugs as if it were an open sewer. Hell no, I’m not surprised.

He had to get used to that in the 90s, when he became the object of death threats following the publication of a report stating there were close links between some government officials and the drug cartels.

“The narcos use children to sell drugs in the streets because they don´t attract as much attention.”
The Press under threat
The Mexican journalists who cover drug trafficking are also familiar with fear.
The NGO, “Journalists without Frontiers”, which defends the right of journalists to report freely, has put Mexico as the most dangerous place in the world for journalists, after Iraq.
During my visit to Tijuana I got to know several local reporters who closely cover these matters.
One of them, Odilón García, told me he had received a number of death threats during his twenty years in the profession. Some of them, he said, coming from official circles.
García, who works for the Televisa network, says he is disgusted by the lack of respect the traffickers show for human life, and he feels particular bad about the impact this culture is having on children.
“What kind of young people can we expect to raise when they are growing up in such a climate of violence?” he asks, before sharing with me a particularly harrowing story about an encounter he had recently with a boy.

The health emergency did not bring criminal activity to a halt in the country. An intensification of violence between rival groups and attacks against the armed forces were added to the daily average of executions which remained at 17 in the last 15 days. Three military, nine city police and two federal agents have been killed during that time. Statistics by El Universal show that from Jan 1 to April 20 there have been 2,004 deaths linked to organized crime in the country, a daily average of 18. From April 21 to May 5 there were 254 others, for a total of 2,258 homicides for the year.

El Informador (Guadalajara, Jalisco) 5/6/09
The director of the Bi-National Human Rights Center in Tijuana, Victor Clark, warned that homicide statistics have kept up and that every day two persons are assassinated, on average, in the Tijuana area besides the fact that auto theft, assaults and drug sales continue unchanged. As a matter of fact, from April 23 – the day the sanitary alert was issued – up to May 4 high impact crimes and statistics of lawlessness increased and overtook the statistics for prior months.

“Despite the sanitary alert decree issued by the federal government last Thursday April 23 concerning staying at home, there were at least 20 executions in Ciudad Juarez adding to the 530 so far this year.” Chihuahua State Justice Dep’t. sources said that last weekend was considered one of the most violent of the year: 12 on Friday, 5 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.

An “AFI” (Mex. equiv. of FBI) agent was shot and killed and two others wounded when thugs fired at them during a vehicle chase in Chihuahua City this morning.

Cuarto Poder (Tuxtla, Chiapas) 5/6/09
After the “El Manguito” border crossing inspection booth on the Guatemalan border was abandoned, Mex. immigration set up a check station further up the highway. The result was finding a vehicle with 16 undocumented aliens of unspecified nationality. Their three smugglers, two Mexicans and a Nicaraguan, were arrested.

El Financiero (Mexico City) 5/6/09
Five men, three horses and one burro were shot to death with AR15 rifles at Ecatepec, on the outskirts of Mexico City. The five were thought to be drug retailers. Violence associated with organized crime has caused 2,244 deaths so far this year, according to local press.

El Informador (Guadalajara, Jalisco) 5/6/09
A bag with a headless, partially dismembered body was found outside Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Hours later a police unit reported that a black plastic bag left in front of a local military facility contained a human head. The body showed signs of torture and its hands were tied. Unofficially, it is believed to be that of a police agent in neighboring Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit, and that the execution could be related to the dismantling last weekend of two houses used as drug labs in Bucerias, Nayarit.

El Porvenir (Monterrey, Nuevo Leon) 5/6/09
At least 15 police agents of Apodaca, San Nicolas and Escobedo – all satellite cities of Monterrey – have been found to be implicated in furnishing protection to a Gulf Cartel boss who escaped from a shootout last Sunday evening. He is identified only as “Coloso” or “Colosio” .

The body of a man was found this morning across from the Los Angeles cemetery at Acambaro, Michoacán. He had been castrated while still alive and had also been shot on the head. A message left on the body read: “This happens to those who give information and violators, there’s several more coming, take care or go away, avoid this happening to you. Respectfully, FM”

We are being conquered. As the conquest proceeds we eat, drink, copulate, evacuate our bowels and snore.
The Latino corruption and crime that we will be experienceing is going to shock the sheeple. Kidnappings for ransom will become an everyday occurence in most of our major cities.
As one of my clients, who is a Chicano, said, the Mexican culture is much more accepting of crime and corruption than that of the Anglo American culture.
Exactly, if its O.K. to break one law than how about 5,how about 10, and soon you have the crooks running the town.
IN Mexico it's probably too late,that country could fail if it already has not.

Kalefornia is broken!
Just like alcohol prohibition gave millions of dollars to two bit thugs who used that money to buy influence and corrupt officials, so drug prohibition does the same. It’s all so predictable, so inevitable, yet people are still too dumb understand.
It’s a wonder that the average American has the brains to dress themselves in the morning?
