The best description of socialism I ever heard is that it's like a giant PONZI scheme. It produces nothing but it must grow to maintain itself. It does so by sucking in all the new wealth by the new members.
Eventually, like all PONZI schemes, it eventually collapses under its own enormous weight.
You don't want to be there when that happens.
Of course, that's impossible, and we knew it, but it's time that the stupid people found that out.
So I get my taxes raised, I still have to pay for my own coverage, and my better half the doc is forced to provide care at lesser cost? Australia/New Zealand, here we come...
We are less than four months into this revolution. It is time to say NO.
Right now, every working American has to support the democrat base before they even see their paycheck, and they get to keep the few dollars left over to support their own families.
You pay your taxes to support these people first or you go to jail. Screw your own family. If there's nothing left for you after taxes, get a second job.
The evil of socialism is on the march. Let us defeat socialism.
They did a real good job doing it with the public schools. (/s)

They didn’t do their homework - instead, they reacted emotionally. Making decisions on emotion never turns out well, does it?
Buyer’s remorse is rampant where I am. Turns out the voters just wanted cheaper bills, not the government getting involved in care because by now it’s evident that to save money, we will have less options for care. And oh gee whiz, they didn’t want that. They just wanted it for freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee /s.
No problem..., just a few words in the tax code exempting health benefits paid pursuant to a Collective Bargaining Agreement!!!
Better do some research first. I think you will find much more socialism (and higher taxes) present in those countries.
This will NOT stop until “Fort Sumter” is fired upon...however, Ihave no clue what would be Fort Sumter these days and I have no clue if the shots are literal or figuretive...the “Tea Parties” were cutely symbolic...but get real...to think holding signs and making cute caracitures of BHO as the sham wow guy while chanting cute slogans will change the minds of those hell-bent on remaking America into an Absolute Power one party country is, well, assenine IMNHO...the real tea party was an actual revolt against the law of the land and was actual rebellion..now we can’t even type out our opinions online or state them in the “real world” without fear of being accosted or labeled as a right wing nut job..we just truly have no leadership other than a tiny handful..those supposedly on “our side” seek only to be re-elected so, though they may recite some fancy rhetoric in front of their constituants, they quickly re-assume “their role” in Washington. We have no united plan...and the hits keep on coming every day...we talk and talk about,”oh that does it THIS TIME”...and tommorrow we’ll say it again..and then again the next day..WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH?...How much are we going to stand by and take. I’m tired as hell..physically and mentally...and worse days are ahead I am sure....but again, I ask you all, when is enough enough? We are watching the beautiful United States of America being destroyed from within...and the most we can do is type endless posts on websites such as these saying that “this time is enough”....again I ask you:
WHEN IS IT TRULY ENOUGH..AND WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?
Don’t you think the first part of that question has come to fruition long ago?
