Nearly as isolated as Cuba, full of servicemen, and the locals could easily be persuaded to be suspicious of arab-looking strangers with poor english.
Second place would go to Eareckson Air Station on the tip of the Aleutian island chain. We could let them swim home from there.
Force the issue for Alcatraz. Those representives forced the closure, they need to step-up and put their money where that big yap of theirs is.
I am sure some of these sanctuary cities would want to take them into their homes and churches...

The place they need to go is easy: Florence ADX. I doubt if there would be a NIMBY response and it is perfectly suited to handle them.
Gitmo will look like Club Med.
Come on man.
Take every Gitmo detainee and lock them up in a Wendy’s in Murthas district.
And guard them with some acorn members.
