Re McCain: IIRC, there was no bill, it was a Senate Resolution, not a law, has no legal force. McCain's candidacy was flawed from the first, and his performance didn't help it any. HIS eligibility is still in question, too.

I have contended from the beginning that even IF the lawsuits are lost, they will bear fruit in that they will help to bring this issue into the public domain.

Once the eligibility issue is seated in the public consciousness, it will be easier for those in positions of influence to join the fight to get Obama to open up his vital records to the public.

We are not asking Obama to donate one of his kidneys... just to make public his long for birth certificate and other records, if any, that may be germane to his citizenship status.
