What is your point... Are you saying you support the Democrats decision to force this guy out of business? Or, are you suggesting the affected dealers should kill themselves instead of fighting back?

He is being forced into bankruptcy anyway... whats another 300 mil gonna matter?

His inventory represents borrowed capital which the government is stealing from him... they are going to take his inventory, and GIVE it to someone else.
Of Course he should fight back... he should sue Chrysler for every single dime he can... and besides...

Seeing a few Chrysler products taking the nestee plunge off a cliff would at least make me feel a little better. Maybe him too.
