AUGUSTA, Maine — The Maine Human Rights Commission says a restaurant discriminated against a transgender woman by asking her to use the men’s room until she had sex reassignment surgery.
The manager of a Denny’s restaurant in Auburn made the request of Brianna Freeman of Lewiston after a female customer complained of having to share a restroom with "a man." Chad Cloutier, a lawyer representing the restaurant, says the woman threatened to call police.

The core problem is these poor people are mentally ill.
Instead of trying to help these people overcome their mental issues so they can live full lives, we (society) support their illness and help them mutilate their bodys. Which results in them being virtual circus freaks on the outskirts of society.
That isn’t how you show love to somebody. That’s how you show you don’t really care about them as people.

The members of that Human Rights Commission didn’t have the B@lls to stand up for the rights of the people.
So do we women get to sue the state when one of these hurt us or the kids in the bathroom? Anyone can dress up and do whatever they want with a ruling like this!

No offense but I cannot see how any court can rule against anyone deciding to use whatever restroom they want.
And anyways it’s been going on for years. Women always wind up using the guys’ bathrooms, they think they have a right to do so whenever too many gals have to hit the potty.
