Larry O’Donnell calls his political opponents liars just to clear his throat. So he was apparently feeling pressure to outdo himself in attacking Dick Cheney’s forceful speech on national security today. While O’Donnell did lard his comments with accusations of lying, he also went retro, claiming Cheney’s speech was the sleaziest by a veep since Spiro Agnew.

Oh, and for good measure he called it an “absolute abomination.”
