I think it's interesting that she didn't say public
consequence. That distinction would be patently obvious to anyone coming from the private sector such as herself, and it could indicate that she doesn't understand or maybe even recognize rights and freedoms as belonging to individuals...and that could be a consequence of someone who was constantly exposed to an entitlement ideologoy.
Maybe...maybe not. Just a thought.
