Venezuela's president says he believes oil prices could climb eventually to $90 or $100 a barrel.
Hugo Chavez says he also is "more or less" in agreement with Saudi Arabia's estimate that in the more immediate future prices could hover between $75 and $80 a barrel.
President Hugo Chavez says that range is "where a fair price is at the moment."
