Africa contributes little to global warming but suffers disproportionately from its effects, the continent's environment ministers said Friday, calling for more money and support from rich nations ahead of a landmark climate conference.

When the melting glaciers flood the Sahara and create a massive verdant wonderland, we'll send you the bill for a few trillion.

Maybe we should allow Africans to use their coal reserves for a power plant or two. The progressives have all joined together at the hip to prevent any electric power generation for the masses in Africa.
