A prominent doctor and abortion rights activist, George Tiller, was shot dead on his way to church in Wichita this morning.
...The murder may be a reminder of the limits of President Obama's attempt to find common ground on the issue.

Even 0bamba didn’t claim there was any common ground on abortion. Instead, he used his appearance to play the old Marxist “liberation theology” game, trying to make Christians his allies by harping on “poverty,” “social justice,” and other concerns of religious liberals like Notre Dame President Father Jenkins.
The good news and confort is that 51-52 percent of the population is now pro-life, which came out a week or two ago.
We are finding common ground: murder.
What are they talking about? Obama's position is if George Tiller had survived an abortion than it would be okay to kill him.

Never bring a knife to a gun fight. People die for their beliefs and have so since day one. No government law will ever stop it.
May this incident act as a deterrent to others who would do as Tiller did; may they have second thoughts, lest they be next.

Your “father of an aborted baby” possibility could very well be the case, as fathers are not afforded any rights or voices prior to the baby’s birth.
Regardless of who did it or why, I’m glad this evil man is dead.

What's even worse are the "Readers' Comments." It's going to be an ugly smear campaign against republicans, conservatives, and pro-lifers, and it the blame will be trumpeted from Obama on down to the smallest "hometown" newspaper, all over the country. Prepare for a vilification like we haven't seen.
Just remember, abortion is the "slavery issue" of modern times. Just like with slavery, you can't be a little bit for it, or a little bit against it, and no "Missouri Compromise" is going to be possible.
