Because, it was not the shooter's responsibility to determine what is a morally justified killing.

Here is the problem.

Abortion has been imposed on us by the judiciary. If we had resolved this through the legislative process we may not have liked the end result, but we would have had input in the law. Also, we would have the opportunity to change the law if we could develop enough support for our position.

However, because the courts have decided to impose new law, with out the consent of the governed, and there is no recourse justice does not exist just the rule of the many by the few.

If that were the case, pro-lifers could freely murder not only abortion doctors, but also doctors who prescribe birth control pills.

Do you think this message might reach the "rulers" on the courts who imposed these vile practices on us? Maybe the most ardent in the pro-life movement have come to a place where they realize there is no justice.

Because that's the kind of crap that ruins this site and leads to even more pounding by fools like O'Reilly.

Condoning murder is just stupid. I don't care what the 'cause' is.

That’s my guess but we don’t know and everyone is ASSuming that the killer is with the PRO-LIFE MOVEMENT!

You have a point, but what’s the difference when everyone is going to blame the pro-life community. I hope that the person that served justice to Tillman was someone whose female family member went to him to have an abortion.

To take up arms to defend the life of an unborn child is not murder, it is defense of a person who has no ability to protect itself.

It is defending the defense, thus providing self-defense for the child.

So by some here our founding fathers had no right to attck the British.

Sending troops to Iraq was not whta we should have done, as they did not attack us.

I think we have the right to defend life and liberty by whatever means required.

How many babies has Tiller killed?

I don't know the exact number, but it is in the thousands.

If this killer is related to Christin, then I certainly sympathize with him, and with any family victim of any of his abortions.

Their murder of Tiller, I could see as a lesser form of homicide

Possible the shooter had been dianosed as terminal and did it as one of his last action. Nothing to loose.

Diagnosed as terminal, ala Jack Ruby? Let the conspiracy theories begin !

Huh? Do you condone the kind of ‘justice’ being tossed around here? Yes or no.

I asked the question on another thread and someone responded 60,000. That does seem high but who knows. If that’s a ball park figure, then we need to find out how much he got paid per dead baby.

He may also have been psychotic or otherwise ill. We'll have to wait and see if he is an avenger or just one sick puppy.

The Kansas Turnpike in the 1960's used to have speed like of 80mph, I think. But that was too long ago to remember.

At one time, shortly after it opened, the speed limit on the Kansas Turnpike was "Reasonable & Proper". You could drive as fast as traffic and your ability to maintain control would let you.

That's how one could get from Wichita to K.C. in, say, two hours...back in the time.

If you believe that to be true, you should follow through and murder an abortion doctor. However, I do not think you are strong enough in your belief to face the consequences.

Have we not thought of the possibility that a radical pro-choice politician or advocate payed this person to gun down Tillman to frame it as either a “obvious reason why we need stricter gun restrictions” or “tighter laws on demonstrations at” murder mills? Could this be the way FOCA comes to the floor of the Senate, or how the anti-gun legislation rears its ugly face?
